【摘要】：目的探討半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在宮頸癌組織中的表達及臨床意義。方法用免疫組化SP法檢測15例正常宮頸組織、15例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變組織、48例宮頸癌組織中Galectin-3和MMP-9蛋白的表達情況,并結(jié)合臨床病理因素進行分析。結(jié)果 Galectin-3蛋白在宮頸癌組織中的陽性表達率明顯高于正常宮頸組織及宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變組織,MMP-9蛋白在宮頸癌組織中的陽性表達率也明顯高于正常宮頸組織和宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變組織,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。在宮頸癌組織中,Galectin-3蛋白陽性表達率隨病理分級的升高而逐漸升高,有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者;同時MMP-9蛋白陽性表達率隨病理分級的升高而升高,有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者大于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移者,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。在宮頸癌組織中,Galectin-3蛋白和MMP-9蛋白表達呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用免疫組化的方法檢測Galectin-3和MMP-9在宮頸癌中的表達及其臨床意義、相關(guān)性研究,探討其在宮頸癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的意義,并對宮頸癌治療提供新的思路。MMP-9蛋白和Galectin-3蛋白的異常表達對宮頸癌細胞惡性轉(zhuǎn)化、增殖和浸潤轉(zhuǎn)移有一定的生物學意義,它們之間的這種正反饋效應(yīng)可能在宮頸癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮重要的作用,至于其在宮頸癌中發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中的作用機制需今后進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate galactose-3 Galectin-3) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 15 cases of normal cervical tissues. Expression of Galectin-3 and MMP-9 protein in 48 cases of cervical carcinoma with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Results the positive expression rate of Galectin-3 protein in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues. The positive expression rate of MMP-9 protein in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues, and the difference was statistically significant in cervical cancer tissues. The positive expression rate of Galectin-3 protein gradually increased with the increase of pathological grade. The positive expression rate of Galectin-3 protein in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis. At the same time, the positive expression rate of MMP-9 protein increased with the increase of pathological grade. The positive expression rate of MMP-9 protein in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant in cervical cancer tissues. There was a positive correlation between the expression of Galectin-3 protein and MMP-9 protein (P0.01). Conclusion Immunohistochemical method is used to detect the expression of Galectin-3 and MMP-9 in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance. To explore its significance in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. The abnormal expression of MMP-9 protein and Galectin-3 protein has certain biological significance for malignant transformation, proliferation, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer cells. The positive feedback effect between them may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, and the mechanism of its role in the development of cervical cancer needs to be further studied in the future.
