【摘要】：目的觀察卵巢癌患者血清標(biāo)本中與樹突狀細(xì)胞分化發(fā)育調(diào)控有關(guān)的miRNA水平及其與臨床特征的關(guān)系,探討血清中miRNA的檢測在卵巢癌免疫狀態(tài)及預(yù)后判斷中的價(jià)值。方法采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)檢測39例卵巢癌患者腹水和血清及20例健康女性成年人血清中miRNA的水平。結(jié)果卵巢癌患者血清中miR-21、miR-222和miR-142-3p水平顯著高于健康對照組,在臨床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者血清中miR-21水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,病理分級高的卵巢癌患者血清中miR-142-3p水平低于低級別的患者,而且患者腹水中miR-21和miR-222的水平高于外周血。結(jié)論卵巢癌患者血清和腹水miR-21、miR-222和miR-142-3p水平升高,與臨床分期病理分級有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the level of miRNA and its relationship with clinical features in serum samples of ovarian cancer patients related to the regulation of dendritic cell differentiation and development.
