【摘要】：目的： 通過回顧性分析浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院229例卵巢粘液性交界性腫瘤(Mucinous borderline ovarian tumors, MBOTs)患者的病例資料,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)探討卵巢粘液性交界性腫瘤的臨床病理特點(diǎn)。 資料與方法： 收集浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院2000年1月至2013年12月收治的經(jīng)病理確診的229例卵巢粘液性交界性腫瘤患者,通過復(fù)習(xí)所有患者的臨床資料來探討卵巢粘液性交界性腫瘤的臨床病理特點(diǎn)。 結(jié)果： 229例卵巢粘液性交界性腫瘤患者中位年齡為31歲,介于10-83歲之間；未生育者98例(42.8%)。229例患者中,僅75例(32.8%)進(jìn)行了全面分期手術(shù),FIGO分期Ⅰ期72例(96.0%),Ⅱ期1例(1.3%),Ⅲ期2例(2.7%),無Ⅳ期患者。22例術(shù)中未予送快速冰凍病理,冰凍診斷與石蠟診斷一致者為131/207(63.3%),過低診斷率為35.3%(73/207),過高診斷率為1.4%(3/207)。229例患者均行手術(shù)治療,其中160例行保留生育功能手術(shù)(即保留子宮及對(duì)側(cè)正常卵巢),術(shù)后4例復(fù)發(fā)；余69例則行子宮及雙附件切除術(shù)±大網(wǎng)膜(部分)切除±闌尾切除±盆腔淋巴結(jié)活檢/切除術(shù),術(shù)后2例復(fù)發(fā)。其中76例術(shù)中同時(shí)行淋巴結(jié)活檢/切除術(shù),病理結(jié)果淋巴結(jié)均陰性。 結(jié)論： MBOTs好發(fā)于生育年齡婦女,期別早,總體預(yù)后較好,對(duì)早期、年輕、希望保留生育功能的患者可行保留生育功能手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: A retrospective analysis of 229 cases of ovarian mucinous borderline tumors in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine was made. Mucinous borderline ovarian tumors. The clinical and pathological features of ovarian mucinous borderline tumor were studied. Information and methods: From January 2000 to December 2013, 229 cases of ovarian mucinous borderline tumors were collected from the affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College. The clinicopathological features of ovarian mucinous borderline tumors were studied by reviewing the clinical data of all patients. Results: The median age of 229 patients with ovarian mucinous borderline tumor was 31 years, between 10-83 years old.
