【摘要】：貝伐珠單抗(Bevacizumab,BEV)是一種重組人源化抗血管內皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的單克隆抗體,通過阻斷VEGF與其受體結合,抑制腫瘤新生血管形成,從而抑制腫瘤生長。臨床研究表明,BEV單藥治療復發(fā)性卵巢癌的療效確切,并且與紫杉類藥物、脂質體阿霉素及環(huán)磷酰胺等藥物聯合使用療效更佳。此外,BEV能有效控制惡性腹水,提高患者的生活質量。因此BEV在復發(fā)性卵巢癌的治療中具有廣闊的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Bevacizumab (Bevacizumab, BEV) is a recombinant humanized anti vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelial, growth factor, VEGF) monoclonal antibody binding by blocking VEGF receptors, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, thus inhibiting the growth of tumor. The clinical studies show that, the efficacy of BEV monotherapy in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer exactly, and with a taxane, liposomal doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide combined drug use has better curative effect. In addition, BEV can effectively control the malignant ascites and improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, BEV has a broad application prospect in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer.
