【摘要】：目的對(duì)欣母沛聯(lián)合宮腔填紗治療邊緣性前置胎盤剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血的臨床療效進(jìn)行探討。方法隨機(jī)選取我院2013年2月~2016年1月收治的邊緣性前置胎盤患者接受剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)終止妊娠的82例作為研究對(duì)象,其中采用宮腔紗條填塞止血的41例(對(duì)照組),采用欣母沛聯(lián)合宮腔紗條填塞止血的41例(治療組)。比較兩組產(chǎn)后2 h、24 h的出血量、宮縮與惡露縮持續(xù)時(shí)間及宮底下降速度。結(jié)果治療組產(chǎn)后2 h、24h出血量均少于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組宮縮、惡露持續(xù)時(shí)間及宮底下降速度均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用欣母沛聯(lián)合宮腔填紗方法對(duì)邊緣性前置胎盤患者進(jìn)行治療,能夠有效降低產(chǎn)后出血量,提升術(shù)后恢復(fù)速度,值得應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Xinmupai combined with intrauterine gauze in the treatment of borderline placenta previa cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage. A total of 82 patients underwent caesarean section to terminate pregnancy. Among them, 41 cases were treated with intrauterine gauze packing (control group) and 41 cases with uterine cavity gauze (treatment group). The amount of bleeding at 2 hours postpartum was compared between the two groups. Results the amount of bleeding at 2 h after delivery in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in the duration of uterine contraction, the duration of lochia and the decrease rate of uterine floor. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of placenta previa with Xinmupai combined with uterine dressing can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the recovery rate. It is worth applying.
