【摘要】：目的對比探討心理治療在妊娠劇吐患者中的治療效果。方法選取2013年3月—2016年2月于唐山市婦幼保健院住院治療的妊娠劇吐患者100例,患者入院后隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,每組各為50例。二組應(yīng)用醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表評分后均給予常規(guī)補(bǔ)液、補(bǔ)鉀,補(bǔ)充維生素,糾正酸堿平衡紊亂等藥物治療,觀察組患者另外給予心理治療。出院前再次對患者進(jìn)行醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表評分并比較二組患者治療效果。結(jié)果通過增加心理治療,讓孕婦了解妊娠生理,減輕心理負(fù)擔(dān)、提高生活質(zhì)量。通過二組治療的對比,觀察組焦慮抑郁評分較對照組明顯降低(P0.05),尿酮體轉(zhuǎn)陰天數(shù)及住院天數(shù)較對照組明顯縮短(P0.05)。結(jié)論妊娠劇吐患者在給予常規(guī)藥物治療同時應(yīng)給予心理治療,可加快患者病情好轉(zhuǎn),可協(xié)助藥物治療盡快使患者尿酮體轉(zhuǎn)陰和癥狀緩解出院,心理治療在對妊娠劇吐的治療中是有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of psychotherapy on hyperemesis of pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with hyperemesis were selected from March 2013 to February 2016 in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital. After admission, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine fluid rehydration, potassium supplement and vitamin supplementation after applying hospital anxiety and depression scale. To correct the acid-base balance disorder and other drug treatment. The patients in the observation group were given additional psychotherapy. Before discharge, the patients were scored with the hospital anxiety and depression scale again and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results through the increase of psychotherapy, pregnant women were informed about pregnancy physiology. The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The days of urine ketone body turning to negative and the days of hospitalization were significantly shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion the patients with hyperemesis of pregnancy should be given psychotherapy at the same time of routine drug therapy, which can accelerate the improvement of patients' condition. It can help patients with urinary ketone body conversion and symptoms relief and discharge as soon as possible. Psychotherapy is a beneficial attempt in the treatment of hyperemesis of pregnancy.
