【摘要】：目的探討拉貝洛爾治療妊娠高血壓臨床效果。方法選取2014年8月-2015年2月我院收治的60例妊娠高血壓患者,隨機分為對照組和研究組,各30例。對照組患者采用臨床常規(guī)治療,研究組患者在常規(guī)治療基礎上加用拉貝洛爾,比較兩組妊娠高血壓患者治療前后的舒張壓(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、收縮壓(systolic blood pressure,SBP)變化情況。結果兩組患者治療后的SBP、DBP結果均較治療前顯著下降,治療后研究組患者的SBP、DBP下降幅度優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論應用拉貝洛爾治療妊娠高血壓可獲得更為理想的臨床降壓效果,有效保障母嬰身心健康及生命安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Labe prolol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods from August 2014 to February 2015, 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in the control group were treated with clinical routine therapy, and the patients in the study group were treated with Labe on the basis of routine treatment. The diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the results of SBP in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The decrease of SBP DBP in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment. Conclusion the application of Labe lol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can obtain more ideal clinical hypotensive effect, and effectively guarantee the physical and mental health of mother and child and the safety of life.
