【摘要】：目的探討來曲唑用于高齡不明原因不孕婦女促排卵的效果。方法選取40例不明原因不孕婦女,年齡(38.23±2.42)歲,將其按隨機數(shù)字表法分為研究組和對照組,每組20例。研究組和對照組分別予來曲唑、他莫昔芬促排卵治療,其他處理相同,比較2組治療后子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、排卵和妊娠情況。結(jié)果研究組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、宮頸黏液評分和周期排卵情況均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),2組成熟卵泡數(shù)和周期妊娠情況比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論來曲唑?qū)Ω啐g不明原因不孕婦女具有促排卵作用,可顯著提高受孕率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of letrozole on ovulation promotion in elderly women with unexplained infertility. Methods 40 unexplained infertile women, aged 38.23 鹵2.42 years, were selected. The study group and control group were divided into study group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The study group and control group were treated with letrozole and tamoxifen for ovulation induction, and the other treatments were the same. The thickness of endometrium was compared after treatment in both groups. Results the endometrial thickness, cervical mucus score and periodic ovulation in the study group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of mature follicles and the number of periodic pregnancies between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Letrozole has the effect of promoting ovulation in elderly women with unexplained infertility and can significantly increase the rate of pregnancy.
