【摘要】：目的探討低級(jí)別子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤(low grade-endometrial stromal sarcoma,LG-ESS)的臨床、病理及治療特點(diǎn),為臨床提供指導(dǎo)。方法檢索我院5年間LG-ESS病例,以檢出的46例LG-ESS病例為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)疾病特點(diǎn),并回顧相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果 46例患者多數(shù)無癥狀,8例月經(jīng)改變,7例腹部不適,1例腹部增大、排尿困難及便秘。44例初次手術(shù)前考慮為良性疾病,最終術(shù)后診斷為早期LG-ESS,其他1例為ⅡB期,1例為Ⅳ期;最終1例患者復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)后再次手術(shù),無瘤存活至今。結(jié)論 LG-ESS臨床及病理特征不突出,婦產(chǎn)科及病理科對(duì)該病認(rèn)識(shí)不足,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)總結(jié)及分析,減少貽誤。
