【摘要】：正患者男,78歲。于1年前出現(xiàn)大便不規(guī)律,無(wú)大便帶血及大便變形,未予治療,1個(gè)月前在洗澡中發(fā)現(xiàn)腹部一包塊,無(wú)紅腫及疼痛。病程中無(wú)其他異常�；颊咂剿厣眢w健康,于2年前行"前列腺增生"手術(shù)。體檢:右中中腹可捫及一腫塊,約10.0 cm×5.0 cm,邊界尚清楚,活動(dòng)度不大,無(wú)觸
[Abstract]:The male patient is 78 years old. He had irregular defecation one year ago, no stool with blood and defecation deformation, no treatment. A mass of abdomen was found in the bath one month ago. There was no swelling and pain. There was no other abnormality in the course of the disease. The patient was in good health. "Prostatic hyperplasia" operation was performed in 2 years. Physical examination: a mass, about 10.0 cm 脳 5.0 cm, in the right middle and middle abdomen. The boundary is clear, the range of motion is small, and there is no touch.
