目的:研究以消化性潰瘍?yōu)楸憩F(xiàn)的兒童嗜酸細(xì)胞性胃腸炎（Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis,EG）的臨床表現(xiàn)、實驗室檢查、內(nèi)鏡下表現(xiàn)、病理組織學(xué)特點、治療及轉(zhuǎn)歸情況,旨在提高對以消化性潰瘍?yōu)楸憩F(xiàn)的兒童嗜酸細(xì)胞性胃腸炎的診斷及治療水平,減少漏診和誤診。方法:通過回顧性分析2014年1月-2019年6月期間在江西省兒童醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科住院診斷為嗜酸細(xì)胞性胃腸炎且胃鏡下表現(xiàn)為消化性潰瘍（胃或十二指腸潰瘍）28例患兒的臨床表現(xiàn)、實驗室檢查、內(nèi)鏡下表現(xiàn)、病理組織學(xué)特點、治療及轉(zhuǎn)歸等情況。結(jié)果:1、一般資料:研究共納入28例患兒,男25例,女3例,男:女為8.33:1。年齡最小8月17天,最大14歲,平均年齡（9.33±3.13）歲。其中<1歲1例（3.57%）,1~3歲1例（3.57%）,3~7歲3例（10.71%）,>7歲23例（82.14%）。2、臨床表現(xiàn):腹痛23例（82.14%）、嘔吐18例（64.29%）、面色蒼白17例（60.71%）、黑便15例（53.57%）、嘔血8例（28.57%）、乏力8例（28.57%）及反酸噯氣1例（3.57%）。查體腹部有壓痛1...
