　　背景和目的：早產(chǎn)兒呼吸窘迫綜合癥（RDS）是由于缺乏肺泡表面活性物質(zhì)而引起的肺順應(yīng)性降低和呼吸做功增加的呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病。盡管目前圍產(chǎn)期治療技術(shù)有所提高，但此病仍然是新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房中新生兒死亡的主要原因。近來，臨床上一些預(yù)防治療新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用明顯提高了此病患兒的存活率。主要措施包括：一是對(duì)有早產(chǎn)高危因素的孕母在產(chǎn)前應(yīng)用腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素，從而促進(jìn)胎兒肺成熟；二是產(chǎn)后給予有適應(yīng)癥的新生兒應(yīng)用外源性肺泡表面活性物質(zhì)以減少肺泡表面張力。大量臨床研究證實(shí)，此兩種措施對(duì)預(yù)防和治療早產(chǎn)兒呼吸窘迫綜合癥均有明顯療效，且前者對(duì)后者有協(xié)同作用。本研究旨在評(píng)價(jià)兩種措施聯(lián)合應(yīng)用治療早產(chǎn)兒呼吸窘迫綜合癥的臨床療效是否優(yōu)于任何單一治療措施。方法和材料：對(duì)我院NICU在2003年1月～2007年1月收治的143例RDS患兒進(jìn)行回顧性研究，分組如下：第1組，采用兩種治療措施聯(lián)合治療的患兒（36例）；第2組，產(chǎn)前孕母應(yīng)用腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素而產(chǎn)后未應(yīng)用外源性肺泡表面活性物質(zhì)患兒（33例）；第3組，產(chǎn)后應(yīng)用外源性肺泡表面活性物質(zhì)而產(chǎn)前孕母未應(yīng)用腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素患兒（39例）；第4組，兩種措施均未應(yīng)用的患兒（35例）。觀察分析四組患兒...
