【摘要】：目的： 在查閱近十年內(nèi)關(guān)于針刺治療小兒遺尿的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,運用比較分析歸納等文獻(xiàn)整理研究方法,整理針灸常用治療手段、研究方法。旨在全面了解針刺治療遺尿的文獻(xiàn)現(xiàn)狀,評價相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量,了解目前針刺治療遺尿的療效及進(jìn)展,為針灸治療遺尿提供依據(jù)。 方法： 以針刺、針、穴、遺尿及四者的同義詞為檢索詞,檢索相關(guān)期刊論文、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索2003年1月至2012年12月期間國內(nèi)發(fā)表的所有關(guān)于針灸治療小兒遺尿的文獻(xiàn)。納入以小兒遺尿癥患者為研究對象,針刺治療效果的隨機對照試驗,由2名評價者獨立提取資料并交叉核對,而后按照Cochrane Handbook5.2.0進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評估,并運用Revman5.2軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。 結(jié)果： 最終納入9篇隨機對照研究,均為低質(zhì)量文獻(xiàn),涉及共811例患兒,Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,針刺對于小兒遺尿癥的臨床癥候療效方面有一定的優(yōu)勢。 結(jié)論： 目前國內(nèi)尚無高質(zhì)量的針刺治療遺尿的臨床研究報告,尚不能對其療效做出肯定結(jié)論。尚需要更多大樣本、高質(zhì)量的隨機對照試驗來進(jìn)一步證實針刺治療小兒遺尿的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the basis of consulting the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of enuresis in children in recent ten years, to sort out the common treatment methods and research methods of acupuncture and moxibustion by means of comparative analysis and induction. The purpose of this paper was to understand the present situation of the literature on enuresis treated by acupuncture, to evaluate the quality of the relevant literature, and to understand the curative effect and progress of acupuncture in the treatment of enuresis, so as to provide the basis for the treatment of enuresis by acupuncture. Methods: using acupuncture, acupoint, enuresis and synonyms of the four as key words, the Chinese Journal full-text Database, Weipu Database and Wanfang Database were searched for all the literatures about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of enuresis in children published in China from January 2003 to December 2012. A randomized controlled trial of acupuncture treatment effect was conducted in children with enuresis. The data were extracted independently and cross-checked by two evaluators, and then the quality was evaluated according to Cochrane Handbook5.2.0, and Meta analysis was carried out by Revman5.2 software. Results: nine randomized controlled studies were included, all of which were low quality literature, involving a total of 811 children. The results of Meta analysis showed that acupuncture had some advantages in the clinical symptoms of enuresis in children. Conclusion: at present, there is no high quality clinical research report on enuresis treated by acupuncture in China, and the curative effect can not be confirmed. More large samples and high quality randomized controlled trials are needed to further confirm the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of enuresis in children.
