【摘要】：目的展現(xiàn)中國關(guān)于嬰兒膽汁淤積性肝病的研究情況,描繪該領(lǐng)域的研究趨勢,提供未來研究的可能方向。方法采用共詞分析法,于2016年10月以"膽汁淤積"及"嬰兒"等關(guān)鍵詞在中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)及萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索及篩選,通過Excel2010建立高頻關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)矩陣,使用Ucinet 6.0及Netdraw繪制高頻關(guān)鍵詞可視化網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖。結(jié)果共納入相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)383篇。共現(xiàn)分析圖顯示,在整個(gè)國內(nèi)研究領(lǐng)域中以"嬰兒""膽汁淤積"為核心,"嬰兒肝炎綜合征""新生兒""肝內(nèi)""膽道閉鎖""遺傳代謝""肝炎""巨細(xì)胞病毒""黃疸""結(jié)合膽紅素"為主要研究熱點(diǎn),其余大部分研究集中在"腸外營養(yǎng)""肝膽顯像""(基因)突變""肝活檢"等方面,而關(guān)于疾病的外科診斷技術(shù)以及疾病的治療的研究較少。結(jié)論中國關(guān)于嬰兒膽汁淤積性肝病的研究熱點(diǎn)集中于病因?qū)W及鑒別診斷,基因診斷是近年來的關(guān)注點(diǎn),有關(guān)治療的研究尚有待加強(qiáng),新的診斷技術(shù)是未來主要的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Objective to present the research situation of cholestatic liver disease in infants in China, describe the research trend in this field, and provide the possible research direction in the future. Methods the literature was searched and screened with "cholestasis" and "baby" in (CNKI) and Wanfang database in October 2016 by co-word analysis. The co-occurrence matrix of high frequency keywords was established by Excel2010, and the visual network map of high frequency keywords was drawn by Ucinet 6.0 and Netdraw. Results A total of 383 articles were included. The co-occurrence analysis shows that in the whole domestic research field, "infant" cholestasis "is the core," infant hepatitis syndrome "," newborn "," intrahepatic "," gallbladder atresia "," genetic metabolism "," hepatitis "," cytomegalovirus "," jaundice "and" conjugated bilirubin "are the main research hotspots, while most of the other studies focus on" parenteral nutrition "," hepatobiliary imaging "(gene) mutation" liver biopsies "and so on. However, there are few studies on surgical diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Conclusion the focus of research on cholestatic liver disease in infants in China is etiology and differential diagnosis. Gene diagnosis is the focus of attention in recent years. The research on treatment needs to be strengthened, and the new diagnostic technology is the main research direction in the future.
