重組人粒細(xì)胞巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子對(duì)兒童淺度燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合的影響和安全性探討

【摘要】:目的:探討外用重組人粒細(xì)胞巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor,rhGM-CSF)及外用重組牛堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子(Recombinant Bovine Basic FibroblastGrowth Factor,rb-bFGF)治療兒童淺Ⅱ度燒傷創(chuàng)面的有效性及安全性。 方法:將2012年6月-2012年11月住院的淺Ⅱ度燒傷患兒45例按照抽簽法隨機(jī)分為3組,治療組分別為rhGM-CSF組20例、rb-bFGF組20例,對(duì)照組生理鹽水組5例;rhGM-CSF組予0.5μg/cm2直接涂在創(chuàng)面上,,rb-bFGF組應(yīng)用0.03ml/cm2直接均勻噴于創(chuàng)面,生理鹽水組應(yīng)用0.03ml/cm2直接均勻噴于創(chuàng)面,比較治療組與對(duì)照組創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間,同時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)及肝腎功等相關(guān)指標(biāo),檢測(cè)創(chuàng)面細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)。 結(jié)果:治療組rhGM-CSF創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間(8.619±0.944)d,rb-bFGF組(10.766±1.369)d,兩組較生理鹽水對(duì)照組(13.850±0.398)d明顯縮短,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);rhGM-CSF創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間(8.619±0.944)d較rb-bFGF組(10.766±1.369)d縮短,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。用藥期間患兒血常規(guī)及肝腎功等相關(guān)指標(biāo)未見明顯異常,與藥物使用前相比,P>0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,且在治療過程中,患兒無明顯不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論:rhGM-CSF及rb-bFGF治療淺Ⅱ度燒傷與生理鹽水相比較能有效縮短愈合時(shí)間、加快愈合速度;rhGM-CSF在加快創(chuàng)面愈合速度上較rb-bFGF更為明顯。在治療過程中患兒無明顯不良反應(yīng),在兒童淺度燒傷創(chuàng)面的治療應(yīng)用中具有安全性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor,rhGM-CSF) and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (Recombinant Bovine Basic FibroblastGrowth Factor,rb-bFGF) in the treatment of superficial second degree burn wounds in children.
