【摘要】：目的:探討學(xué)齡前兒童體質(zhì)分型與舌色色度的關(guān)系。方法:采用舌面一體儀記錄分析330例3-6歲兒童的舌色色度并采集辨識其體質(zhì)信息,比較不同體質(zhì)學(xué)齡前兒童舌色色度。結(jié)果:氣虛質(zhì)組舌質(zhì)的R、G、B、V值明顯大于濕熱質(zhì)組、痰濕質(zhì)組及陰虛質(zhì)組(P0.01,P0.05);痰濕質(zhì)組舌質(zhì)的R、G、B、V值明顯小于陽虛質(zhì)組(P0.01,P0.05)。氣虛質(zhì)組舌苔的R、G、B、V值明顯大于痰濕質(zhì)組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:舌色色度與體質(zhì)類型存在相關(guān)性,中醫(yī)舌面一體儀能為學(xué)齡前兒童中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類提供一定的客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between physical classification and tongue color and chromaticity of preschool children. Methods: the tongue color and chromaticity of 330 children aged 3 years and 6 years old were recorded and analyzed by tongue face integrated instrument, and the physique information was collected and identified, and the tongue color chromaticity of preschool children with different physique was compared. Results: the values of tongue quality R, G, B, V in qi deficiency group were significantly higher than those in dampness and heat quality group, phlegm dampness group and yin deficiency group (P0.01, P 0.05). The values of R, G, B and V in phlegm-dampness group were significantly lower than those in yang deficiency group (P0.01, P 0.05). The R, B, V values of tongue coating in Qi deficiency group were significantly higher than those in phlegm dampness group (P 0.01). Conclusion: there is a correlation between tongue color and physique type. TCM tongue face integrated instrument can provide some objective basis for the classification of TCM physique of preschool children.
