注意缺陷障礙的神經(jīng)反饋矯治系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:注意缺陷障礙(attention deficit disorder, ADD)是兒童和青少年時(shí)期常見的一種行為問(wèn)題之一。目前對(duì)ADD患者的治療,主要可以分為藥物治療和非藥物治療,非藥物治療方法中的行為治療因其療效明顯且無(wú)副作用而逐漸受到重視。腦電反饋?zhàn)鳛樯锓答伅煼ǖ囊环N,在注意力缺陷治療方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文提出了一種基于腦電反饋的注意缺陷障礙矯治系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法。 本文首先介紹了腦電波的相關(guān)知識(shí),包括腦電波的簡(jiǎn)介,腦電波的采集和影響腦電波的因素,進(jìn)而引出了腦電生物反饋技術(shù)的基本原理和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,然后是結(jié)合腦電生物反饋技術(shù)構(gòu)造整個(gè)反饋矯治系統(tǒng)。整體的腦電反饋矯治系統(tǒng)包括硬件和軟件兩大部分,硬件部分主要實(shí)現(xiàn)腦電信號(hào)的采集、預(yù)處理以及A/D轉(zhuǎn)換傳輸功能。軟件部分一方面是要實(shí)現(xiàn)腦電信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)還原顯示、分析處理功能,另一方面是要根據(jù)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)出對(duì)ADD患者起到矯治作用的反饋游戲。本系統(tǒng)的反饋游戲包括賽車游戲和貪吃蛇游戲的實(shí)現(xiàn),設(shè)計(jì)游戲的關(guān)鍵是要結(jié)合能夠表征患者注意力集中度的品質(zhì)參數(shù)。 本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)初步的測(cè)試表明,可以基本達(dá)到預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目的。
[Abstract]:Attention deficit disorder (attention deficit disorder, ADD) is one of the common behavioral problems in children and adolescents. At present, the treatment of ADD patients can be divided into drug therapy and non-drug therapy. Behavior therapy in non-drug therapy has been paid more and more attention because of its obvious curative effect and no side effects. EEG feedback, as a biofeedback therapy, has unique advantages in attention deficit therapy. In this paper, a design method of attention deficit disorder correction system based on EEG feedback is proposed. In this paper, we first introduce the relevant knowledge of EEG, including the introduction of EEG, the collection of EEG and the factors that influence EEG, and then introduce the basic principle and development status of EEG biofeedback technology. Then the whole feedback correction system is constructed by combining EEG biofeedback technology. The whole EEG feedback correction system consists of two parts: hardware and software. The hardware mainly realizes the functions of EEG signal acquisition, preprocessing and A / D conversion and transmission. On the one hand, the software part is to realize the real-time display of EEG signal, analysis and processing functions, on the other hand, according to the requirements of the whole system, we should design and implement a feedback game which plays a corrective role in ADD patients. The feedback game of the system includes the realization of racing game and Snake game. The key to designing the game is to combine the quality parameters that can characterize the concentration of patient's attention. The preliminary test of the system shows that the expected design purpose can be basically achieved.
