【摘要】：目的探討哮喘患兒家庭照護(hù)模式的不同類型。方法采用中文版家庭管理測量量表和焦慮自評量表,運用方便抽樣法對301例哮喘患兒照護(hù)者進(jìn)行測評,使用SPSS 20.0中的聚類分析方法進(jìn)行分類,比較不同類型照護(hù)模式的一般特征及照護(hù)者焦慮狀況。結(jié)果哮喘患兒家庭照護(hù)模式可分為6種類型:勝任型、基本適應(yīng)型、不確定型、照護(hù)分歧型、能力欠缺型和困難型。在6類家庭照護(hù)模式中,患兒年齡、半年內(nèi)住院天數(shù)、半年內(nèi)缺課天數(shù)、半年內(nèi)發(fā)作次數(shù)和照護(hù)者焦慮得分的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論本研究通過中文版家庭管理測量量表6個分量表得分的聚類分析發(fā)現(xiàn)哮喘患兒6類家庭照護(hù)模式及其特點,醫(yī)護(hù)人員應(yīng)對不同的哮喘患兒家庭照護(hù)模式提供針對性的護(hù)理支持和疾病管理措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the different types of family care mode in children with asthma. Methods the Chinese version of Family Management scale and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to evaluate the caregivers of 301 children with asthma using convenient sampling method. The cluster analysis method of SPSS 20.0 was used to classify the children with asthma. The general characteristics of different types of care patterns and the anxiety of caregivers were compared. Results the family care mode of asthmatic children can be divided into 6 types: competency type, basic adaptation type, uncertainty type, care division type, deficient ability type and difficult type. In the six family care models, the children's age, the days of hospitalization within half a year, the days of absence from school within half a year, the number of attacks within six months and the anxiety scores of caregivers had statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion in this study, 6 family care patterns and characteristics of asthmatic children were found by cluster analysis of 6 subscales of the Chinese version of Family Management Measurement scale (HMS). Doctors and nurses should provide targeted nursing support and disease management measures for different family care modes of asthmatic children.
