飛行檢查對危重新生兒醫(yī)院感染的預(yù)防控制效果研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preventive and control effect of flight examination on nosocomial infection in critically ill newborns. Methods from January 2012 to December 2015, flight examination, prevention and control of nosocomial infection were carried out in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of the hospital, and the period from January 2008 to December 2011 was not implemented. The hospital infection rate, hand hygiene compliance rate, hand hygiene knowledge awareness rate, hospital infection knowledge awareness rate, environmental hygiene spot inspection rate and hand monitoring pass rate were compared before and after flying examination. Pathogenic bacteria were detected in children with nosocomial infection. Results A total of 4588 children were admitted to NICU before flying examination, and the infection rate was 4.40%. After flying examination, 5754 cases were admitted to NICU and 160 cases were nosocomial infection, the infection rate was 2.78%. The nosocomial infection rate of NICU after flying examination was significantly lower than that before implementation (P0.05). A total of 257 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 202 children with nosocomial infection before flying examination, including 106 gram-positive bacteria (41.25%), 141 gram-negative bacteria (54.86%) and 10 fungi (3.89%). A total of 199 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 160 children with nosocomial infection after flight examination. Among them, 80 strains (40.20%) were Gram-positive bacteria, 111 strains (55.78%) were Gram-negative bacteria, 8 strains (4.02%) were fungi, and before and after implementation, there were 8 strains (4.02%). There was no significant difference in the composition of pathogenic bacteria in hospital infection. Compared with the pre-flight examination, the follow-up rate of hand hygiene, the correct rate of hand washing, the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge, and the awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge in flight examination were higher than those before the implementation of flight examination. The qualified rate of environmental hygiene spot check and monitoring and the qualified rate of hand monitoring of medical staff were significantly increased (P0.05). Conclusion Flight examination can be used for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in critically ill neonates in hospital. It is helpful to improve the awareness rate of hand hygiene status and related knowledge among medical staff, and thus to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
