【摘要】：目的:基于“中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)(V2.5)”軟件,對(duì)小兒病毒性肺炎的方劑用藥組方規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。方法:搜集山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2015年1月~2016年12月小兒病毒性肺炎住院病例共134例,篩選治療病毒性肺炎的處方共271首,應(yīng)用“中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)(V2.5)”軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:1.本次研究共涉及中藥149味,使用頻次超過(guò)54次的常用中藥共計(jì)18味;2.利用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析法,得到常用藥物組合16對(duì);3.利用改進(jìn)的互信息法的藥物間關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法,獲得關(guān)聯(lián)度在0.02以上的藥對(duì)共69對(duì);4.利用復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類分析法,分析出可聚類成新藥隊(duì)的核心組合共6對(duì),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行無(wú)監(jiān)督的熵層次聚類法,挖掘出6個(gè)新候選處方。結(jié)論:治療小兒病毒性肺炎常用治法包括宣肺化痰、疏風(fēng)解表、清熱解毒、通腑瀉下、活血化瘀、益氣健脾等;治療小兒病毒性肺炎組方用藥規(guī)律為:辨明寒熱對(duì)證用藥,辛宣苦降以開(kāi)肺氣、祛濕濁,佐以甘潤(rùn)培土生金,圍繞“熱、咳、痰、喘”四癥的偏重調(diào)整配伍。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the prescriptions of infantile viral pneumonia based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance system (V2.5). Methods: 134 hospitalized children with viral pneumonia from January 2015 to December 2016 in affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and 271 prescriptions for viral pneumonia were selected. The software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system (V 2.5) was used to analyze it. Results: 1. The study involved 149 kinds of Chinese medicine, using more than 54 times of common Chinese medicine a total of 18; 2. By using association rule analysis, 16 pairs of commonly used drug combinations were obtained. By using the improved mutual information method, 69 pairs of drug pairs with correlation degree above 0.02 were obtained. Based on the entropy cluster analysis of complex systems, 6 pairs of core combinations of new drug teams were analyzed. On the basis of this, an unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method was developed, and six new prescriptions were found out. Conclusion: the common treatment methods for viral pneumonia in children include dispersing the lung and resolving phlegm, dispersing wind, clearing away heat and detoxifying, clearing the Fu organs and diarrhea, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, invigorating qi and invigorating spleen, etc. The prescriptions for treating viral pneumonia in children are as follows: differentiation of cold and heat against syndromes, Xin Xuan bitter lowering to open lung qi, removing dampness and turbidity, and Gran Runpei native gold, focusing on the adjustment of compatibility of "heat, cough, phlegm and asthma".
