【摘要】：目的了解蘭州地區(qū)兒童呼吸道感染常見病毒、肺炎支原體在不同季節(jié)、呼吸道疾病、年齡、性別方面的差異,為臨床診療提供參考依據(jù)。 方法對2010年4月-2011年3月間確診為急性呼吸道感染的768例住院患兒,采用ELISA方法檢測7種常見病毒的IgM抗體即：呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、流感病毒(IFV)、副流感病毒(PIF)、艾柯病毒(ECHO)、柯薩奇病毒(COX)、 EB病毒(EBV),并對其中509例患兒標(biāo)本進(jìn)行肺炎支原體(MP) IgM抗體檢測,并對其進(jìn)行臨床分析。 結(jié)果768例標(biāo)本中陽性檢出率44.5%(342／768),其中RSV占陽性率的48.8%(167／342),以1-6月年齡組檢出率最低僅為14.3%(23／161)。21例大葉性肺炎患兒進(jìn)行Mp-IgM抗體檢測,其中42.9%(9／21)診斷為大葉性肺炎。 結(jié)論1.病毒仍是蘭州地區(qū)兒童呼吸系統(tǒng)感染的主要病原,以RSV最為常見。2.蘭州地區(qū)冬季多見ADV、 RSV感染,夏季則以EB病毒感染最常見。3.1-6月嬰兒患呼吸道感染后病毒及肺炎支原體抗體檢測率低。4.MP是小兒呼吸道感染的常見病原之一,也是引起大葉性肺炎的主要病原。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the differences of common respiratory infection virus, mycoplasma pneumoniae in different seasons, respiratory diseases, age and sex in children in Lanzhou area, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods from April 2010 to March 2011, 768 hospitalized children with acute respiratory tract infection were examined for IgM antibodies of seven common viruses, namely, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (ADV), influenza virus (IFV),) by ELISA method. Parainfluenza virus (PIF),) (ECHO), coxsackie virus (COX), EB) (EBV), was used to detect Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) IgM antibody in 509 children. Results the positive rate of RSV in 768 samples was 44.5% (342 / 768), and the positive rate of RSV was 48.8% (167 / 342). The lowest detection rate was 14.3% (23 / 161) in the January to June age group. Mp-IgM antibodies were detected in 21 cases of lobar pneumonia, of which 42.9% (9 / 21) were diagnosed as lobar pneumonia. Conclusion 1. The virus is still the main cause of respiratory infection in children in Lanzhou, with RSV as the most common cause. ADV, RSV infection is more common in winter in Lanzhou area, and EB virus infection is the most common infection in summer. The detection rate of antibody to mycoplasma pneumoniae and virus after respiratory tract infection is low in infants at 3.1-6 months. 4.MP is one of the common pathogens of respiratory tract infection in children. It is also the main cause of lobar pneumonia.
