【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在探索一種新的并指分離指蹼成形方法,并探討其臨床療效。方法:收集山西省兒童醫(yī)院2014年10月—2016年3月進(jìn)行單純性并指畸形手術(shù)患兒共31例(其中男19例,女12例),進(jìn)行回顧性分析,年齡1歲~3歲,平均年齡(1.8±0.4)歲。術(shù)后跟蹤隨訪時(shí)間為11月~2.5年,平均隨訪時(shí)間(16.6±3.6)個(gè)月。其中實(shí)行六星皮瓣指蹼重建,并指分離手術(shù)的17例患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,以14例進(jìn)行矩形皮瓣指蹼成形,并指分離手術(shù)患者作為對(duì)照組。并收集長(zhǎng)期療效的觀測(cè)指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用SPSS20.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析所收集的觀測(cè)指標(biāo),檢測(cè)水準(zhǔn)均為α=0.05,P0.05表明其差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:兩組的術(shù)后效果均讓人滿意。在手術(shù)持續(xù)時(shí)間、愈合時(shí)間、溫哥華瘢痕評(píng)價(jià)量表評(píng)分、視覺(jué)模擬量表評(píng)分指標(biāo)上、在指蹼爬移評(píng)分、手指關(guān)節(jié)自主活動(dòng)度指標(biāo)上,六星皮瓣組優(yōu)于矩形皮瓣組。結(jié)論:六星皮瓣與矩形皮瓣指蹼重建治療并指都能達(dá)到基本滿意的術(shù)后功能與外觀,六星皮瓣指蹼重建減少植皮,外觀更接近正常,操作簡(jiǎn)單,存活率高,功能良好,臨床療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a new method of digital webbing and its clinical effect. Methods: a total of 31 children (19 males and 12 females) underwent simple operation with finger deformity from October 2014 to March 2016 in Shanxi Children's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The age ranged from 1 to 3 years with an average age of (1.8 鹵0.4) years. The follow-up time was from November to 2.5 years, and the average follow-up time was (16.6 鹵3.6) months. Among them, 17 patients underwent digital webbing reconstruction of six-star flap and 17 patients underwent finger separation operation, 14 patients underwent rectangular flap webbing and 14 patients underwent finger separation operation as control group. And collect the observation index of long-term curative effect. The SPSS20.0 software was used to carry on the statistical analysis to collect the observation index, the detection level was 偽 = 0.05% P 0.05, which indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Results: the results were satisfactory in both groups. In terms of operation duration, healing time, Vancouver scar evaluation scale, visual analogue scale, finger webbed movement score and finger joint motion index, the six-star flap group was superior to the rectangular flap group. Conclusion: six star flap and rectangular flap can achieve satisfactory postoperative function and appearance. The reconstruction of six star flap can reduce skin graft, the appearance is closer to normal, the operation is simple, the survival rate is high, and the function is good. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
