【摘要】：目的:通過繪制烏魯木齊市維吾爾族與漢族不同胎齡新生兒出生體重、身長、頭圍、胸圍標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線及通過克托萊指數(shù)及維爾維克指數(shù)的描述,分析影響新生兒生長發(fā)育的相關(guān)因素,來評估烏市維吾爾族與漢族新生兒生長發(fā)育狀況及影響因素。方法:連續(xù)測量2014年10月-2016年10月新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院及婦幼保健院出生的單胎活產(chǎn)兒,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析應(yīng)用spss19.0軟件進(jìn)行一元三次方的曲線擬合方法,繪制平滑曲線,并回顧性收集和整理該產(chǎn)婦及新生兒的基本資料,運(yùn)用單因素分析及多重線性回歸方法對新生兒生長發(fā)育的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:共收集胎齡28-42周單胎新生兒5027名,其中男2625名,女2402名,男體重平均值為3293.66±732.823g,女3151.38±733.275,男身長平均值為49.56±3.270cm,女為48.8±3.713cm;男頭圍平均值為33.31±2.455cm,女為32.86±2.840cm;男胸圍平均值為32.65±2.935cm,女為32.19±3.090cm。通過各曲線及身體指數(shù)的調(diào)查結(jié)果提示烏魯木齊市新生兒生長發(fā)育與國外和國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有差異,維吾爾族、漢族新生兒之間也存在顯著的差異;新生兒出生體重與孕晚期體重、孕周、孕期疾病、新生兒窒息、產(chǎn)婦年齡、血總蛋白值、胎膜早破、新生兒性別有關(guān);出生身長與孕晚期體重、孕周、孕期疾病、新生兒窒息、血總蛋白值、新生兒性別、父身高有關(guān);出生頭圍與孕晚期體重、孕周、孕期疾病、新生兒窒息、新生兒性別有關(guān);出生胸圍與晚期體重、孕周、孕期疾病、民族、新生兒窒息、產(chǎn)前激素、血總蛋白值有關(guān)。結(jié)論:因新疆地域及民族特色,導(dǎo)致烏魯木齊市新生兒生長發(fā)育與我國其他地區(qū)及國外的新生兒生長發(fā)育指標(biāo)不同;因維吾爾族與漢族存在種族差異,導(dǎo)致維吾爾族與漢族新生兒生長發(fā)育不同;并發(fā)現(xiàn)多種因素共同作用于烏魯木齊市新生兒出生體重、身長、頭圍、胸圍。
[Abstract]:Objective: to draw the standard curve of birth weight, body length, head circumference and chest circumference of Uygur and Han newborns of different gestational ages in Urumqi, and to describe the Ketole index and Wilwick index. To evaluate the growth and development of Uygur and Han neonates in Wucheng city, the related factors affecting the growth and development of newborns were analyzed. Methods: the single born live infants born in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and the Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were measured continuously. The curve fitting method of the first unit and the third power was analyzed by using spss19.0 software, and the smooth curve was drawn. The basic data of the puerpera and newborns were collected and sorted retrospectively, and the influencing factors of neonatal growth and development were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: a total of 5027 newborns of 28 to 42 weeks of gestational age were collected, including 2625 males and 2402 females. The average body weight of males was 3293.66 鹵732.823g, female 3151.38 鹵733.275, mean male length 49.56 鹵3.270 cm and female 48.8 鹵3.713 cm. The average head circumference of male was 33.31 鹵2.455cm, that of female was 32.86 鹵2.840cm, that of male chest circumference was 32.65 鹵2.935cm, that of female was 32.19 鹵3.090cm. The survey results of curves and body mass index indicated that the growth and development of newborns in Urumqi were different from those of foreign and domestic standards, and there were also significant differences between Uygur and Han newborns. The neonatal birth weight was related to the late pregnancy weight, gestational weeks, diseases during pregnancy, neonatal asphyxia, age of parturient, total blood protein value, premature rupture of membranes, sex of newborn. The length of birth was related to late pregnancy weight, gestational week, disease during pregnancy, asphyxia neonatorum, total protein value of blood, sex of newborn, height of father, and head circumference of birth was related to weight of third trimester, gestational week, disease during pregnancy, asphyxia neonatorum and sex of newborn. Birth chest circumference is associated with late weight, gestational age, disease during pregnancy, nationality, neonatal asphyxia, prenatal hormones, and serum total protein values. Conclusion: due to the regional and ethnic characteristics of Xinjiang, the growth and development of newborns in Urumqi is different from that in other regions of China and abroad. Because of the ethnic difference between Uygur and Han, the growth and development of Uygur and Han newborns are different, and it is found that many factors act on the birth weight, body length, head circumference and chest circumference of newborns in Urumqi.
