【摘要】：目的：觀察推拿配合刺四縫治療小兒腸系膜淋巴結(jié)炎（胃腸結(jié)熱型）的臨床療效，，以期為臨床提供安全、規(guī)范、有效的外治方法。 方法：符合診斷、納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的90例患兒，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為推拿組、刺四縫和綜合組（推拿配合刺四縫組），每組各30例。推拿組：取穴：胃經(jīng)、板門、大腸、六腑、肚角、一窩風(fēng)、腹，手法：清法、推法、拿法、揉法、摩法，每日治療1次，7次為1療程；刺四縫組：取穴：四縫穴，操作：點刺，每隔3日治療1次，2次為1療程；綜合組：治療方法、療程同推拿組和刺四縫組。觀察各組治療前后癥狀、體征及實驗室檢查變化。 結(jié)果：綜合組痊愈率83.33%，推拿組痊愈率46.67%，刺四縫組痊愈率40.00%，綜合組痊愈率與推拿組和刺四縫組比較均有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）；綜合組治療前后癥狀與體征綜合評分差值與推拿組和刺四縫組比較有極其顯著性差異（P＜0.01）；綜合組治療前后淋巴結(jié)縱徑差值、橫徑差值與推拿組和刺四縫組比較均有顯著性差異（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論：推拿配合刺四縫是治療小兒腸系膜淋巴結(jié)炎（胃腸結(jié)熱型）較有效的外治療法，值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of massage combined with acupuncture on mesenteric lymphadenitis (Gastrointestinal node heat type) in children in order to provide safe, standardized and effective external treatment method. Methods: according to the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion, 90 children were randomly divided into three groups: massage group (n = 30), acupuncture group (n = 30) and combined group (n = 30). Massage group: acupoints: stomach meridian, plate door, large intestine, six Fu organs, stomach angle, a wind, abdomen, manipulation: clear method, push method, take method, knead method, massage method, treatment once a day, 7 times as a course of treatment; Four seams group: acupoints: four suture points, operation: prickles, treatment every 3 days, 2 times as a course of treatment; comprehensive group: treatment method, the course of treatment with massage group and acupuncture four suture group. The changes of symptoms, physical signs and laboratory examination before and after treatment were observed. Results: the cure rate was 83.33 in the comprehensive group, 46.67 in the massage group and 40.00in the four seams group. The cure rate of the combined group was significantly different from that of the massage group and the fourth suture group (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference between the comprehensive scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the comprehensive group compared with the massage group and the fourth suture group (P < 0.01). The difference of lymph node longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter before and after treatment in the combined group was significantly different from that in the massage group and the fourth suture group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: massage combined with four seams is an effective external therapy for mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, which is worth popularizing.
