【摘要】：目的：應(yīng)用清降膏配合中藥口服治療，對(duì)小兒外感發(fā)熱（風(fēng)熱犯表型）病例進(jìn)行臨床治療觀察，分析清降膏治療此病的臨床療效。 方法：采用隨機(jī)分組對(duì)照，對(duì)門診治療60例小兒外感發(fā)熱風(fēng)熱犯表型患兒進(jìn)行臨床觀察。治療組：中藥清降膏敷貼配合口服銀翹散加減，敷貼為1日1次，1次貼8-12個(gè)小時(shí)。清降膏成分為山梔子、吳茱萸、石膏等。對(duì)照組：?jiǎn)渭兛诜y翹散加減：方藥組成（金銀花、荊芥、柴胡、連翹、知母、薄荷、豆豉、蘆根、牛蒡子、桔梗、甘草等），3天為一療程，一般觀察1個(gè)療程。 結(jié)果： 1治療組對(duì)小兒外感發(fā)熱的總有效率為96.67%，對(duì)照組總有效率為86.67％。兩組臨床療效相比有顯著性差異（P0.05）。證實(shí)治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 2兩組藥物治療后，療程數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析（P0.01），，兩組具有顯著性差異，治療組療程較對(duì)照組明顯縮短。 3本次試驗(yàn)中未觀察到患兒有心、肝、腎功能以及其他系統(tǒng)的不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：清降膏配合中藥口服治療小兒外感發(fā)熱的療效確切，在退熱時(shí)間、主要癥狀消失等方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，且能明顯改善臨床各種主要癥狀及體征，起效迅速，退熱持續(xù)，不易反復(fù)，縮短療程，無毒副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qingjiang ointment combined with oral Chinese medicine in treating children with exogenous fever (phenotype of wind-heat invasion) and to analyze the clinical effect of Qingjiang ointment on the treatment of this disease. Methods: 60 children with phenotype of exogenous fever and fever were treated by randomized control. Treatment group: traditional Chinese medicine Qingjiang ointment application combined with oral Yinqiao Powder plus or minus, once a day, 8-12 hours of application. Qingjiangji is composed of Gardenia jasminoides, Evodia rutaecarpa, gypsum, etc. Control group: simple oral Yinqiao Powder plus or minus: prescription composition (Flos Lonicerae, Schizonepeta, Bupleurum, Forsythia, Anemarrhena, mint, fermented bean, root, Arctigo, Platycodon grandiflorum, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, etc.), 3 days as a course of treatment, a course of general observation. Results: 1 the total effective rate was 96.67 in the treatment group and 86.67 in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. 2After the two groups were treated with drugs, the data of course of treatment were statistically analyzed (P0.01), there was significant difference between the two groups, and the course of treatment in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. No adverse reactions of heart, liver, kidney and other systems were observed in this study. Conclusion: Qingjiang ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating children with exogenous fever. It is superior to the control group in antipyretic time and disappearance of main symptoms, and can obviously improve the main clinical symptoms and signs. Not easy to repeat, shorten the course of treatment, no side effects.
