【摘要】：目的：觀察射干麻黃柴胡顆粒對(duì)小兒喘息性支氣管炎寒熱錯(cuò)雜哮證的治療效果。方法：全部病例資料來(lái)自于2011年3月至2012年2月在濟(jì)南市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院兒科門診就診的喘息性支氣管炎的患兒。將60例喘息性支氣管炎患兒隨機(jī)分為治療組與對(duì)照組，每組30人，一組為射干麻黃柴胡顆粒治療組，一組為清咳平喘顆粒對(duì)照組，治療七天，，分別對(duì)兩組患兒治療前后的癥狀積分進(jìn)行評(píng)定，觀察射干麻黃柴胡顆粒對(duì)小兒喘息性支氣管炎寒熱錯(cuò)雜哮證的治療效果，并用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：兩組患兒臨床療效經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療前治療組和對(duì)照組在主癥積分、次癥積分、主次癥總積分、病情輕重等方面無(wú)明顯差異，治療后治療組在咳嗽、喘息、喉中痰鳴、哮鳴音等主要癥狀改善方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；在納食狀況、大便情況、舌質(zhì)等次癥改善方面亦優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療組在主癥積分、次癥積分、總積分改善方面也明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。結(jié)論：射干麻黃柴胡顆粒對(duì)小兒喘息性支氣管炎寒熱錯(cuò)雜哮證的治療效果明確，值得進(jìn)一步研究推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Sheganmahuang Chaihu granule on asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods: all cases were collected from pediatric outpatients of Jinan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2011 to February 2012. 60 children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The symptom scores before and after treatment were evaluated in the two groups, and the therapeutic effect of Sheganmahuang Chaihu granule on asthmatic bronchitis of children with cold and heat disorder syndrome was observed, and the results were analyzed by statistical software. Results: the clinical effect of the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the main symptom score, the secondary symptom score, the primary and secondary symptom score, the severity of the disease and so on. After treatment, the treatment group had cough, wheeze and phlegm in the larynx. The improvement of the main symptoms such as wheezing was better than that of the control group. It was also superior to the control group in the improvement of food intake, defecation and tongue quality. Treatment group in the main symptom score, secondary symptom score, total integral improvement is also significantly better than the control group, there is statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Sheganmahuang Chaihu granule on children wheezing bronchitis is clear and worthy of further study.
