【摘要】：目的：了解新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院兒科門(mén)診支氣管哮喘患者的哮喘控制現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)哮喘患者的控制現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分層分析。方法:以醫(yī)生與患者及患者家屬面對(duì)面的問(wèn)卷形式對(duì)我院2012年12月至2013年4月就診于兒科門(mén)診已確診的哮喘患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括人口學(xué)資料、合并鼻炎情況、哮喘控制情況等。共收集102例哮喘患者,其中漢族68例,維吾爾族34例；2～4歲16例,4～16歲86例；合并過(guò)敏性鼻炎28例,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：根據(jù)GINA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及哮喘控制測(cè)試評(píng)分顯示,102例哮喘患者中,控制良好58.82%,未控制41.18%。其中維吾爾族患者的哮喘控制水平低于漢族患者哮喘控制水平,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2～4歲哮喘患者的哮喘控制水平低于4～16歲哮喘患者控制水平,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。哮喘合并過(guò)敏性鼻炎患者的哮喘控制水平低于單純哮喘患者的哮喘控制水平,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論：兒童支氣管哮喘患者的哮喘控制情況不理想,控制率仍未達(dá)到GINA等指南的要求,如何建立有效的管理模式,提高規(guī)范化治療患者比例,從而提高兒童哮喘控制水平是目前面臨的重要問(wèn)題。另外,不同族別、年齡及是否合并過(guò)敏性鼻炎(AR)的哮喘患者之間哮喘控制情況有差異性,提示不同族別、年齡及是否合并過(guò)敏性鼻炎可能是哮喘控制的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the control status of asthma in pediatric outpatient clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Methods: a face-to-face questionnaire was conducted between December 2012 and April 2013 in our hospital to investigate the patients with asthma diagnosed in pediatric outpatient clinic, including demographic data and rhinitis. Asthma control, etc. 102 cases of asthma were collected, including 68 cases of Han nationality, 34 cases of Uygur nationality, 16 cases of 2years old, 86 cases of 4 years old, 28 cases of allergic rhinitis, and the statistical analysis of the results. Results: according to the GINA standard and the asthma control test scores, the controls were 58.82% and 41.18% respectively in 102 asthmatic patients. The asthma control level of the Uygur patients was lower than that of the Han nationality patients (P0.05). The asthma control level of the asthmatic patients aged 2 to 4 years was lower than that of the asthmatic patients aged 416 years. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Asthma patients with allergic rhinitis asthma control level was lower than that of simple asthma patients with asthma control level, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: asthma control in children with bronchial asthma is not satisfactory and the control rate is still not up to the requirements of GINA guidelines. How to establish an effective management model and improve the proportion of patients with standardized treatment? Therefore, it is an important problem to improve the control level of asthma in children. In addition, there were differences in asthma control among asthmatic patients with different ethnic groups, age and whether or not they were complicated with allergic rhinitis or not, which suggested that age and allergic rhinitis might be the influencing factors of asthma control.
