【摘要】：兒童及青少年肥胖已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重的公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題。2017年美國(guó)預(yù)防服務(wù)工作組結(jié)合近年來(lái)大量研究,更新了《兒童及青少年肥胖篩查建議》,提出應(yīng)針對(duì)6歲及以上兒童開(kāi)展臨床肥胖篩查,并采用綜合強(qiáng)化干預(yù)措施。本文對(duì)該指南進(jìn)行解讀,為我國(guó)兒童肥胖篩查及干預(yù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Obesity in children and adolescents has become a serious public health problem. The 2017 United States Preventive Services Task Force updated the recommendations on Obesity screening for Children and adolescents, in conjunction with a large number of studies in recent years. Clinical obesity screening should be carried out for children aged 6 and above and comprehensive intensive intervention measures should be adopted. This article interprets the guide to provide reference for obesity screening and intervention in children in China.
