【摘要】：目的探討姿勢(shì)矯正訓(xùn)練和矯形頭盔治療兩種處理方法對(duì)嬰兒中-重度體位性顱形異常的效果。方法對(duì)31例診斷為中-重度斜頭異常和/或短頭異常的嬰兒進(jìn)行研究,按照不同的處理方法分為矯形頭盔治療組(n=11)和姿勢(shì)矯正訓(xùn)練組(n=20)。對(duì)兩組患兒治療前后頭顱不對(duì)稱指數(shù)(CVAI)和頭顱比率(CR)及頭圍的增長(zhǎng)情況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果矯形頭盔治療組治療后CVAI和CR均顯著低于姿勢(shì)矯正訓(xùn)練組。矯形頭盔治療組其兩個(gè)測(cè)量參數(shù)CVAI和CR治療前后的差值優(yōu)于姿勢(shì)矯正訓(xùn)練組(CVAI差值:6.0±1.9 vs 0.7±0.8,P=0.001;CR差值:0.047±0.009 vs 0.008±0.005,P0.001)。兩組患兒頭圍生長(zhǎng)的比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論矯形頭盔治療對(duì)嬰兒中-重度體位性顱形異常的治療效果優(yōu)于姿勢(shì)矯正訓(xùn)練。矯形頭盔治療不會(huì)對(duì)患兒頭顱生長(zhǎng)造成限制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of postural correction training and orthopedic helmet therapy on moderate to severe cranial abnormality in infants. Methods 31 infants with moderate to severe skew head abnormality and / or short head abnormality were studied and divided into orthopedic helmet therapy group (n = 11) and posture correction training group (n = 20) according to different treatment methods. The cranial asymmetry index (CVAI), head ratio (CR) and the growth of head circumference were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results CVAI and CR in orthopedic helmet group were significantly lower than those in postural orthopedic training group. The difference between CVAI and CR in the orthopedic helmet group was better than that in the postural training group (CVAI: 6.0 鹵1.9 vs, 0.7 鹵0.8 vs, 0.001C: 0.047 鹵0.009 vs, 0.008 鹵0.005, P0.001). There was no significant difference in headcircumference growth between the two groups. Conclusion the therapeutic effect of orthopedic helmet is superior to that of postural correction in the treatment of moderate to severe position cranial abnormality in infants. Orthopaedic helmet therapy does not limit the growth of the child's head.
