【摘要】：目的：回顧分析15例青少年腰椎間盤突出癥合并腰椎骶化的臨床資料，探討青少年腰椎間盤突出癥與腰椎骶化的關(guān)系。 方法：將2010年7月到2012年1月門診及病房收治的99例因各種愿意原因而行腰椎X線片檢查的青少年患者分為對(duì)照組：因非椎間盤突出癥原因而行腰椎X線片檢查者和經(jīng)MRI證實(shí)腰椎間盤突出癥組，進(jìn)行腰椎X線片及MRI檢查。比較兩組患者的腰椎正位x線片，統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組患者腰椎骶化發(fā)生率的差異及腰椎骶化與腰椎間盤突出部位的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果：對(duì)兩組檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)照組腰椎骶化的發(fā)生率為7.7％；腰椎間盤突出癥組腰椎骶化的發(fā)生率為31.9％。兩組問差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。腰椎間盤突出癥組中合并腰椎骶化者椎間盤突出發(fā)生于腰椎骶化上一間隙者為73.3％；單側(cè)腰椎骶化椎間盤突出發(fā)生在腰椎骶化同側(cè)者占72.7％，其中在腰椎骶化上一間隙者占87.5％；發(fā)生在腰椎骶化對(duì)側(cè)者占18.2％，突出全部發(fā)生在下一間隙。 結(jié)論：腰椎骶化在青少年腰椎間盤突出癥患者中的發(fā)生率明顯增高，，是青少年腰椎間盤突出癥的重要誘發(fā)因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between lumbar disc herniation and lumbosacral herniation in 15 adolescent patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: from July 2010 to January 2012, 99 adolescent patients who had undergone lumbar vertebrae X-ray examination from July 2010 to January 2012 were divided into control group: lumbar vertebrae X-ray examination due to non-disc herniation. Patients and patients with MRI confirmed lumbar disc herniation, Lumbar X-ray and MRI examination were performed. The incidence of lumbar sacral degeneration and the relationship between lumbar sacral degeneration and lumbar disc herniation were compared between the two groups. Results: by comparing and analyzing the results of the two groups, it was found that the incidence of lumbosacral degeneration was 7.7 in the control group and 31.9in the lumbar disc herniation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In the lumbar disc herniation group, 73.3% of the patients with lumbar disc herniation were involved in lumbar disc herniation. Unilateral sacral disc herniation occurred in the ipsilateral lumbar vertebrae (72.7%), in which 87.5% occurred in the upper space of the sacral lumbar vertebrae and 18.2% in the opposite side of the lumbar vertebrae, all of which occurred in the next space. Conclusion: the incidence of lumbar sacral herniation in adolescent patients with lumbar disc herniation is significantly higher and is one of the important inducing factors of adolescent lumbar disc herniation.
