【摘要】：目的了解克拉瑪依市免疫規(guī)劃疫苗針對(duì)傳染病的抗體水平,為進(jìn)一步做好免疫規(guī)劃工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣調(diào)查法,抽取克拉瑪依市3-14歲249名兒童,開(kāi)展麻疹、腮腺炎、白喉、乙型肝炎(簡(jiǎn)稱乙肝)和甲型肝炎(簡(jiǎn)稱甲肝,)Ig G抗體水平檢測(cè)。結(jié)果抗體陽(yáng)性率依次為麻疹97.99%、甲肝96.38%、白喉91.16%、腮腺炎86.35%和乙肝76.71%,麻疹、腮腺炎、白喉GMC(幾何抗體平均濃度)分別為1 303.59 m IU/m L、707.91 U/m L、1.03 IU/m L。不同地區(qū)白喉抗體陽(yáng)性率有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(=29.686,P0.001);不同免疫劑次兒童白喉、甲肝抗體陽(yáng)性率有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(白喉=14.969,甲肝=9.906,P0.05)。不同年齡組、不同性別兒童麻疹、腮腺炎、白喉、乙肝、甲肝抗體陽(yáng)性率均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);結(jié)論克拉瑪依市3-14歲兒童麻疹、白喉、甲肝、腮腺炎具有較高的免疫水平,已達(dá)到衛(wèi)生部規(guī)定的目標(biāo)(85%),但乙肝抗體略低,建議對(duì)抗體水平低的兒童及時(shí)采取加強(qiáng)免疫,以提高人群的免疫屏障。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the antibody level of immunization planning vaccine against infectious diseases in Karamay, and to provide scientific basis for further immunization planning. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to detect the antibody levels of measles, mumps, diphtheria, hepatitis B and hepatitis A (hepatitis A) in 249 children aged 3 to 14 years in Karamay. Results the positive rate of antibody was 97.99% of measles, 96.38% of hepatitis A, 91.16% of diphtheria, 86.35% of mumps and 76.71% of hepatitis B, measles and mumps. The average geometric antibody concentration of diphtheria GMC was 1 303.59 m IU/m / L ~ (707.91) U / m / L ~ (1.03) IU/m / L, respectively. The positive rate of diphtheria antibody in different areas was statistically significant (= 29.686 P0.001), and the positive rate of hepatitis A antibody in children with different immunological agents was statistically significant (diphtheria = 14.969, hepatitis A = 9.906P 0.05). The positive rates of measles, mumps, diphtheria, hepatitis B and hepatitis A antibody in children of different age groups were not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the measles, diphtheria, hepatitis A and mumps of children aged 3 to 14 years old in Karamay have a high immune level, which has reached the target set by the Ministry of Health (85%), but the antibody to hepatitis B is slightly lower. It is suggested that children with low antibody level should be immunized in time to improve the immune barrier.
