同伴教育示范法在學齡前哮喘兒童肺功能檢測中的應用研究

【摘要】:目的探討同伴教育示范法在學齡前哮喘兒童用力通氣肺功能檢測中的應用效果。方法采用實驗流行病學的方法,選取在我科住院的260例學齡前哮喘兒童為研究對象,隨機分為實驗組和對照組。對照組予操作員示教講解,實驗組采取同伴教育示范法,并比較兩組患兒配合度、檢測結(jié)果質(zhì)控水平及成功率。結(jié)果實驗組和對照組患兒各130例,兩組在性別、年齡構(gòu)成、哮喘發(fā)病及住院情況等方面差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。同伴教育組哮喘患兒肺功能檢測的成功率、有效吸氣和呼氣的正確率均明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論同伴教育示范法對激發(fā)患兒的參與熱情和檢查興趣,提高患兒的吸氣質(zhì)量和呼氣質(zhì)量,進而形成有效的肺功能檢測,避免誤診發(fā)生有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of peer education model method in the detection of forced ventilation pulmonary function in preschool asthmatic children. Methods 260 children with preschool asthma in our department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was explained by the operator, the experimental group was treated with peer education demonstration method, and the cooperation degree of the two groups was compared, and the quality control level and the success rate of the two groups were compared. Results there were 130 cases in the experimental group and 130 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in sex, age composition, incidence of asthma and hospitalization between the two groups (P0.05). The success rate of pulmonary function test and the correct rate of effective inspiratory and exhalation in peer education group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion Peer education model method is of great significance in arousing children's enthusiasm for participation and interest in examination, improving inspiratory and expiratory quality of children, and then forming effective pulmonary function test and avoiding misdiagnosis.
