【摘要】：目的：通過觀察小兒推拿配合口服中成藥（通竅鼻炎片）治療小兒過敏性鼻炎（肺脾氣虛型）的臨床療效，探索改善小兒過敏性鼻炎臨床癥狀的新療法。 方法：將60例小兒過敏性鼻炎（肺脾氣虛型）患兒隨機分為兩組進行對照，分別為治療組30例，，對照組30例。治療組應(yīng)用小兒推拿配合口服通竅鼻炎片治療，對照組給予口服通竅鼻炎片治療。觀察兩種治療方法在治療前后對患兒臨床癥狀及病情復(fù)發(fā)的改善情況。 結(jié)果：經(jīng)SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件處理后，治療組總有效率96.67%，對照組總有效率83.33%，在鼻癢癥狀方面的數(shù)據(jù)有顯著差異（P0.05），在控制病情復(fù)發(fā)方面有顯著差異（P0.05）。說明治療組在臨床主要癥狀改善方面及控制病情復(fù)發(fā)方面優(yōu)于對照組。 結(jié)論：運用小兒推拿配合口服中成藥方法治療小兒過敏性鼻炎，可以有效的改善患兒臨床癥狀，且減少了病情的復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of pediatric massage combined with oral Chinese patent medicine (Tongqiao rhinitis tablet) in treating infantile allergic rhinitis (deficiency of lung and spleen qi), and to explore a new therapy to improve the clinical symptoms of infantile allergic rhinitis. Methods: 60 children with allergic rhinitis (deficiency of lung and spleen qi) were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with children massage and oral Tongqiao rhinitis tablet, while the control group was treated with Tongqiao rhinitis tablet. To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and relapse of children before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.677.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33, the data of nasal itching symptoms were significantly different (P0.05), and there were significant differences in controlling the recurrence of the disease (P0.05). It showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main clinical symptoms and controlling the recurrence of the disease. Conclusion: the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with pediatric massage combined with oral Chinese patent medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
