【摘要】：目的觀察過(guò)敏性哮喘患兒呼出氣一氧化氮(FeNO)變化,并探討其與患兒血清過(guò)敏原特異性免疫球蛋白E(s Ig E)的相關(guān)性。方法選擇2014年1月~016年1月收治的急性發(fā)作期過(guò)敏性哮喘患兒56例為觀察組,非過(guò)敏性哮喘患兒56例為對(duì)照組。采用FeNO分析儀檢測(cè)兩組患兒FeNO。采用免疫印跡法檢測(cè)兩組患兒血清s Ig E,檢測(cè)范圍包含粉粉塵螨、戶(hù)塵螨、牛奶、雞蛋蛋白等共計(jì)20種過(guò)敏原。分析觀察組FeNO與血清s Ig E表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果觀察組、對(duì)照組患兒FeNO分別為(23.18±3.82)、(5.85±1.19)ppb,兩組相比P0.05。觀察組總s Ig E陽(yáng)性38例(67.85%),對(duì)照組總s Ig E陽(yáng)性5例(8.93%),兩組相比P0.05。觀察組、對(duì)照組患兒血清總s Ig E水平分別為(106.51±8.26)、(16.24±2.31)IU/m L,兩組相比P0.05。Spearman直線相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示觀察組患兒FeNO與血清總s Ig E呈正相關(guān)(r=0.742,P0.05)。結(jié)論過(guò)敏性哮喘患兒FeNO高于非過(guò)敏性哮喘患兒。過(guò)敏性哮喘患兒FeNO與血清s Ig E表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of nitric oxide (FeNO) in exhaled air of children with allergic asthma, and to explore the correlation between (FeNO) and serum allergen specific immunoglobulin (E (s Ig E). Methods from January 2014 to January 2006, 56 children with acute allergic asthma and 56 children with non-allergic asthma were selected as observation group and control group respectively. Detection of FeNO. in two groups by FeNO Analyzer The detection range of serum s Ig E, by Western blot was 20 allergens including dust mites, milk and egg proteins. The correlation between FeNO and serum s Ig E expression in observation group was analyzed. Results the FeNO of the observation group and the control group was (23.18 鹵3.82), (5.85 鹵1.19) ppb, compared with that of the control group (P 0.05). Total s Ig E was positive in 38 cases (67.85%) in the observation group and 5 cases (8.93%) in the control group. The serum total s Ig E levels in the observation group and the control group were (106.51 鹵8.26), (16.24 鹵2.31) IU/m / L, respectively. Compared with the P0.05.Spearman linear correlation analysis, the results of linear correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between FeNO and total serum s Ig E in the observation group (r = 0.742P 0.05). Conclusion FeNO in children with allergic asthma is higher than that in children with non-allergic asthma. There was a positive correlation between the expression of FeNO and serum s Ig E in children with allergic asthma.
