哮喘患兒血漿ECP和FENO及其乘積EF值對吸入性激素療效的預(yù)測價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的明確嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞陽離子蛋白(ECP)、呼出氣一氧化氮(FENO)及其乘積(EF)對兒童哮喘療效的預(yù)測價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析初治哮喘患兒,使用線性回歸分析治療前ECP、FENO及兩者乘積EF值與治療1年內(nèi)哮喘急性發(fā)作次數(shù)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果共入組39例患兒,治療起始后1年內(nèi)哮喘發(fā)作中位數(shù)為0次(0~6次)。線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)FENO和ECP與哮喘急性發(fā)作次數(shù)相關(guān),嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞和年齡與哮喘急性發(fā)作次數(shù)無關(guān)。為了提高ECP和FENO的準(zhǔn)確性,使用兩者乘積EF值進(jìn)行線性回歸發(fā)現(xiàn),EF值與哮喘急性發(fā)作次數(shù)相關(guān)性顯著增加。結(jié)論哮喘患兒對吸入性激素反應(yīng)差異較大,需要進(jìn)行個(gè)體化治療,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)ECP、FENO具有一定的指導(dǎo)預(yù)后價(jià)值,引入EF值為兒童哮喘個(gè)體化治療提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the predictive value of eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), exhaled nitric oxide (FENO) and its product (EF) in children with asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the correlation between ECP,FENO and EF before treatment and the number of acute episodes of asthma within one year after treatment with linear regression analysis in children with primary asthma. Results the median number of asthma attacks within 1 year after treatment was 0 (0 or 6). Linear regression analysis showed that FENO and ECP were correlated with the number of acute attacks of asthma, while eosinophils and age were not associated with the number of acute episodes of asthma. In order to improve the accuracy of ECP and FENO, the correlation between EF and the number of acute episodes of asthma was significantly increased by linear regression using the EF value of the two products. Conclusion there is a great difference in the response of inhaled sex hormones in asthmatic children, which requires individualized treatment. This study found that ECP,FENO has certain prognostic value, and the introduction of EF value provides a certain theoretical basis for individualized treatment of asthma in children.
