【摘要】：目的了解寧夏回族自治區(qū)兒童青少年的血壓現(xiàn)狀及高血壓檢出情況,為防控兒童青少年高血壓提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)"2010年中國學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研報(bào)告"的方法進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場問卷調(diào)查和體格測量。對(duì)2014年寧夏中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研資料中11 132名7~17歲學(xué)生的血壓指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果學(xué)生平均收縮壓(SBP)為(106.64±12.27)mm Hg,舒張壓(DBP)為(69.26±9.07)mm Hg。男生SBP水平[(108.00±13.00)mm Hg]高于女生[(105.29±11.34)mmHg],回族學(xué)生SBP[(107.73±12.13)mm Hg]、DBP[(69.54±9.02)mm Hg]水平均高于漢族[(105.79±12.31)(69.04±9.10)mm Hg];鄉(xiāng)村兒童青少年SBP[(106.31±11.87)mm Hg]低于城市[(106.99±12.67)mm Hg](t值分別為11.751,-8.307,-2.846,2.932,P值均0.01)。共發(fā)現(xiàn)高血壓1 564例,檢出率為14.0%,以17歲年齡組最高(18.0%);高值血壓檢出1 637例,檢出率為14.7%,以13歲年齡組最高(23.4%)。漢族學(xué)生高血壓檢出率(12.9%)低于回族學(xué)生(15.5%)(χ2=14.604,P0.01);不同性別和城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生高血壓檢出率差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論寧夏回族自治區(qū)7~17歲兒童青少年的高血壓檢出率處于較高水平。應(yīng)高度重視監(jiān)測兒童青少年的血壓,以有效防控兒童青少年高血壓的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the blood pressure and hypertension detection among children and adolescents in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of hypertension among children and adolescents. Methods the questionnaire survey and physical measurement were carried out according to the report of Chinese students' physique and Health in 2010. The blood pressure indexes of 11 132 students aged 7 to 17 years old in Ningxia primary and middle school students in 2014 were analyzed. Results the mean systolic blood pressure (SBP) of students was (106.64 鹵12.27) mm Hg,) DBP (DBP) (69.26 鹵9.07) mm Hg.). The SBP level of male students [(108.00 鹵13.00) mm Hg)] was higher than that of female students [(105.29 鹵11.34) mmHg], the SBP level of Hui nationality students [(107.73 鹵12.13) mm Hg] was higher than that of Han nationality [(105.79 鹵12.31) (69.04 鹵9.10) mm Hg)], the SBP of rural children and adolescents [(106.31 鹵11.87) mm Hg] was lower than that of urban [(106.99 鹵12.67) mm Hg] (t = 11.751- 8.307- 2.8462.932 P, respectively). A total of 1,564 cases of hypertension were found, the detection rate was 14.0, the highest was in the age group of 17 years (18.0%), the detection rate of high value blood pressure was 14.7% in the age group of 13 years (23.4%). The prevalence rate of hypertension in Han nationality students (12.9%) was lower than that in Hui nationality students (15.5%) (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (14.604) P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of hypertension between urban and rural students by sex (P < 0.05). Conclusion the detection rate of hypertension in 17-year-old children in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region is at a high level. High attention should be paid to monitoring the blood pressure of children and adolescents in order to prevent and control hypertension in children and adolescents.
