【摘要】：正近年來(lái)隨著血友病綜合治療水平的提高,患者預(yù)期壽命逐漸延長(zhǎng),對(duì)生活質(zhì)量改善的需求不斷提高,因此臨床需要發(fā)展綜合評(píng)估來(lái)比較和指導(dǎo)治療。兒童期是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的特殊時(shí)期。世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)認(rèn)為兒童健康包括三方面:軀體、心理、社會(huì)適應(yīng)。血友病兒童綜合評(píng)估也應(yīng)從這三方面出發(fā),包括關(guān)節(jié)形態(tài)及功能評(píng)估、活動(dòng)參與、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)估。目前世界血友病聯(lián)盟(WFH)推薦的血友病兒童關(guān)節(jié)形態(tài)及功能評(píng)估工具是血友病關(guān)節(jié)健康評(píng)
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of the level of hemophilia comprehensive treatment, the life expectancy of patients is gradually prolonged, and the demand for improving the quality of life is increasing. Therefore, the clinical needs to develop comprehensive evaluation to compare and guide the treatment. Childhood is a special period of dynamic change. The World Health Organization (WHO) believes that children's health consists of three aspects: physical, psychological and social adaptation. The comprehensive evaluation of hemophilia children should also start from these three aspects, including joint shape and function evaluation, activity participation and quality of life assessment. The current World hemophilia Federation (WFH) recommended hemophilia children joint morphology and function assessment tool is hemophilia joint health assessment
