【摘要】：目的：觀察小兒腹瀉貼輔佐治療小兒風(fēng)寒瀉、寒濕瀉及脾虛瀉的臨床療效,并對(duì)小兒腹瀉貼的臨床療效做出客觀評(píng)價(jià)。 方法：將腹瀉患兒90例隨機(jī)分為治療組60例及對(duì)照組30例。兩組患兒均常規(guī)服用思密達(dá),治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用小兒腹瀉貼敷臍,連續(xù)用藥3天為1個(gè)療程。觀察時(shí)間為1-2個(gè)療程,觀察治療效果、治療前后主癥積分、癥候總積分變化及比較治愈時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短。 結(jié)果：療效評(píng)定方面,治療組疾病愈顯率95.00%(57/60),高于對(duì)照組76.67%(23/30),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組治療后主癥積分為(0.50±1.33)分,低于對(duì)照組的(1.17±1.32)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；治療組治療后癥狀總積分為(0.58±1.38)分,低于對(duì)照組的(1.40±1.48)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組治愈時(shí)間為(94.50±25.44)h,短于對(duì)照組治愈時(shí)間(120.00±37.95)h,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：小兒腹瀉貼輔助思密達(dá)治療小兒腹瀉,能夠提高臨床療效,縮短病程,優(yōu)于單純思密達(dá)對(duì)照組,且經(jīng)濟(jì)方便,具有無(wú)創(chuàng)性,易于患兒和家長(zhǎng)接受,說(shuō)明小兒腹瀉貼值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of infantile diarrhea paste in treating children with wind-cold diarrhea, cold-dampness diarrhea and spleen asthenia diarrhea, and to evaluate objectively the clinical effect of infantile diarrhea paste. Methods: 90 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 60) and control group (n = 30). Two groups of children were routinely taken smecta, the treatment group on this basis, plus the application of diarrhea navel, 3 days of treatment as a course of treatment. Observation time is 1-2 courses, observe the therapeutic effect, the main symptom integral, the symptom total integral change and compare the cure time before and after treatment. Results: in the evaluation of curative effect, the curative effect rate of the treatment group was 95.00% (57 / 60), which was higher than that of the control group 76.67% (23 / 30), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the score of main symptom in the treatment group was (0.50 鹵1.33), lower than that in the control group (1.17 鹵1.32), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the total score of symptoms after treatment in the treatment group was (0.58 鹵1.38), lower than that in the control group (1.40 鹵1.48). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the cure time of the treatment group was (94.50 鹵25.44) h, shorter than that of the control group (120.00 鹵37.95) h, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of infantile diarrhea with infantile diarrhea paste assisted by smecta can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course of disease. It is superior to the simmeida control group. It is economical and convenient. It is easy to be accepted by children and parents. It shows that the children diarrhea paste is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
