【摘要】：目的探究磷酸奧司他韋聯(lián)合炎琥寧對兒童流感病毒感染患兒免疫功能及預后的影響分析。方法選擇醫(yī)院2015年7月-2016年2月收治的流感病毒感染患兒61例,采用隨機、平行、雙盲的方法分成聯(lián)合組31例和對照組30例,聯(lián)合組接受磷酸奧司他韋聯(lián)合炎琥寧治療,對照組僅接受磷酸奧司他韋治療,觀察兩組患兒免疫功能改善及預后情況。結果經(jīng)不同治療后,聯(lián)合組患兒發(fā)熱消退、乏力緩解、肺部影像學積分及病毒核酸轉(zhuǎn)陰時間分別為(7.45±1.49)d、(9.01±1.69)d、(1.64±0.59)分及(6.52±1.51)d,均低于對照組(9.17±2.31)d、(11.67±2.18)d、(2.71±0.92)分及(9.49±2.63)d,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);聯(lián)合組CD_4~+T細胞、CD_8~+T細胞、CD_3~+T細胞、NK細胞比例均明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在預后方面,聯(lián)合組治愈率及顯效率分別為41.94%、51.61%,總有效率為93.55%,與對照組23.33%、50.00%及73.33%比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論磷酸奧司他韋聯(lián)合炎琥寧可以更好地提高流感病毒感染患兒的淋巴細胞亞群比例,提高免疫功能,改善臨床癥狀及預后轉(zhuǎn)歸,值得推薦使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of oseltamivir phosphate combined with Yanhuning on immune function and prognosis of children with influenza virus infection. Methods from July 2015 to February 2016, 61 children with influenza virus infection were randomly divided into two groups: the combined group (31 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The combined group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate combined with Yanhuning. The control group was only treated with oseltamivir phosphate. The immune function and prognosis of the two groups were observed. Results after different treatment, fever subsided and fatigue relieved in the combined group. The pulmonary imaging score and viral nucleic acid conversion time were (7.45 鹵1.49) d, (9.01 鹵1.69) d, (1.64 鹵0.59) d and (6.52 鹵1.51) d, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (9.17 鹵2.31) d, (11.67 鹵2.18) d, (2.71 鹵0.92) and (9.49 鹵2.63) d, respectively (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the cure rate and marked effective rate of the combined group were 41.94 and 51.61.The total effective rate was 93.550.Compared with the control group 23.33g 50.00% and 73.33%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion oseltamivir phosphate combined with Yanhuning can improve lymphocyte subsets, immune function, clinical symptoms and prognosis of children with influenza virus infection.
