經(jīng)剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)分娩的新生兒及早產(chǎn)兒免疫指標觀察

【摘要】:目的觀察經(jīng)剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)分娩的新生兒和早產(chǎn)兒免疫指標的變化。方法收集496例單胎初產(chǎn)婦的新生兒臍帶血,采用流式細胞術(shù)檢測T細胞亞群分布(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T細胞比例及CD4+/CD8+),采用全自動生化分析儀和免疫比濁法檢測免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G)及補體C3、C4。將患者根據(jù)分娩方式分為陰道產(chǎn)組和剖宮產(chǎn)組,根據(jù)是否早產(chǎn)分為早產(chǎn)組和足月組。比較各亞組上述指標。結(jié)果剖宮產(chǎn)組新生兒臍帶血中CD3+、CD4+及Ig G水平明顯低于陰道產(chǎn)組(P均0.05)。早產(chǎn)組新生兒臍帶血中Ig G、C3和C4水平明顯低于足月組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)剖宮產(chǎn)分娩的新生兒細胞免疫功能低于陰道分娩的新生兒。早產(chǎn)兒的體液免疫功能低于足月兒。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of immune indexes in newborns and premature infants delivered by cesarean section. Methods the umbilical cord blood was collected from 496 cases of singleton primipara. The distribution of T cell subsets (CD3) CD4 and CD8 T cells and CD4 / CD8 were detected by flow cytometry, and the immunoglobulin (Ig) Ig Mg G and complement C3C4 were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and immunoturbidimetry. The patients were divided into vaginal delivery group and cesarean section group according to delivery mode, and preterm delivery and term group according to preterm delivery. The above indexes of each subgroup were compared. Results the levels of CD3 CD4 and Ig G in umbilical cord blood in caesarean section group were significantly lower than those in vaginal delivery group (P 0.05). The levels of Ig C 3 and C 4 in umbilical cord blood of preterm delivery group were significantly lower than those of term group (P 0.05). Conclusion the cellular immune function of newborn born by cesarean section is lower than that of vaginal delivery. The humoral immune function of premature infants is lower than that of term infants.
