【摘要】：目的分析我國(guó)兒童肥胖問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀及歷史演進(jìn),為后續(xù)相關(guān)研究的深入開(kāi)展提供參考。方法運(yùn)用知識(shí)圖譜軟件CiteS paceI II,對(duì)從中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫(kù)(CNKI)通過(guò)"精確"檢索出的主題詞為"兒童"并含"肥胖"的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)5 058篇,從時(shí)間、機(jī)構(gòu)、代表人物、期刊、研究熱點(diǎn)等角度,通過(guò)聚類視圖與時(shí)區(qū)視圖對(duì)我國(guó)1978—2016年兒童肥胖問(wèn)題研究進(jìn)行可視化分析。結(jié)果我國(guó)兒童肥胖問(wèn)題研究的發(fā)文量整體呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢(shì),1992年進(jìn)入到迅猛增長(zhǎng)階段并在2007年突破300篇,2008年首次出現(xiàn)下降后趨于平穩(wěn)。核心期刊分布主要以《中國(guó)學(xué)校衛(wèi)生》(488篇)、《中國(guó)兒童保健雜志》(381篇)、《中國(guó)婦幼保健》(297篇)等雜志為代表。高產(chǎn)作者代表人物有馬軍(64篇)、米杰(46篇)、劉戈力(38篇)等,作者間已形成一定的合作網(wǎng)絡(luò);高產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)有北京大學(xué)(127篇)、中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心(91篇)、首都兒科研究所(86篇)等,機(jī)構(gòu)間較為獨(dú)立,合作交流欠缺。"單純性肥胖""超重""學(xué)齡前兒童""青少年""營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況""胰島素抵抗"等關(guān)鍵詞出現(xiàn)頻次均≥200,是我國(guó)兒童肥胖問(wèn)題研究的熱點(diǎn)。熱點(diǎn)演化經(jīng)歷了三大階段,分別為1978—1984年(初步探索階段)、1985—2001年(成熟發(fā)展階段)和2002—2016年(深入挖掘階段)。結(jié)論我國(guó)兒童肥胖問(wèn)題研究以核心期刊為依托,逐漸形成了以知名學(xué)者為中心的合作網(wǎng)絡(luò),研究熱點(diǎn)更加明確。相關(guān)學(xué)者、機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)交流合作,推動(dòng)兒童肥胖問(wèn)題研究的深入開(kāi)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation and historical evolution of childhood obesity in China, and to provide reference for further research. Methods by using the knowledge map software CiteS paceI II, 5,058 articles related to "children" and "obesity" were retrieved from (CNKI), an online publishing database of Chinese academic journals, from time, institution, representative figures and journals. Based on cluster view and time zone view, this paper makes a visual analysis of childhood obesity in China from 1978 to 2016. Results the number of papers on obesity in children in China was increasing year by year. In 1992, it entered the stage of rapid growth and broke through 300 articles in 2007, then declined for the first time in 2008. The distribution of core periodicals was mainly represented by China School Health (488 articles), Chinese Journal of Children's Health (381 articles) and China Maternal and Child Health Care (297 articles). The representatives of high-yield writers include Ma Jun (64 articles), Mijie (46 articles), Liu Goli (38 articles) and so on. High-yielding institutions include Peking University (127), China Center for Disease Prevention and Control (91) and Capital Institute of Pediatrics (86). Simple obesity, "overweight", "preschool children", "adolescents", "nutritional status", "insulin resistance" and other keywords are more than 200 times, which is a hot topic in the study of obesity in children in China. The hot spot evolution has undergone three stages, namely 1978-1984 (preliminary exploration stage) and 1985-2001 (mature development stage) and 2002-2016 (deep excavation stage). Conclusion based on the core journals, the research on childhood obesity in China has gradually formed a cooperative network with famous scholars as the center, and the research hotspots are more clear. Relevant scholars and institutions should further strengthen exchanges and cooperation to promote in-depth research on childhood obesity.
