【摘要】：目的：驗證蒡勃乳蛾消顆粒治療小兒急性扁桃體炎(外感風(fēng)熱證)的有效性及安全性,從而為臨床提供具有疏風(fēng)清熱、解毒利咽功效并保留中藥湯劑特點的一種新制劑。 方法：運用隨機、雙盲雙模擬、陽性藥平行對照、多中心臨床研究的方法,將符合急性扁桃體炎(外感風(fēng)熱證)診斷標準的88例患兒分為試驗組和對照組,試驗組66例患兒服用蒡勃乳蛾消顆粒,對照組22例患兒服用小兒清咽顆粒,兩組均以5天為1個療程,服藥1個療程后,通過中醫(yī)證候分級量化標準表,觀察兩組患兒治療前后發(fā)熱、咽喉腫痛等癥狀改善情況。 結(jié)果：試驗組疾病治愈率為66.67%,顯效率為90.91%,病證治愈率為68.18%,顯效率為90.91%；對照組疾病治愈率為31.82%,顯效率為63.64%,病證治愈率為36.36%,顯效率為63.64%,疾病療效P0.05,病證療效P0.05,兩組疾病療效、病證療效比較有顯著性差異,試驗組總療效優(yōu)于對照組。兩組患兒在咽痛改善時間方面比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),試驗組改善咽痛療效優(yōu)于對照組。退熱時間方面,兩組比較無顯著性差異(P0.05),兩組退熱療效相當。試驗組、對照組患兒均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：蒡勃乳峨消顆粒為治療小兒急性扁桃體炎外感風(fēng)熱證安全有效的藥物,在改善咽痛癥狀,疾病療效、病證療效方面比較優(yōu)于對照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to verify the efficacy and safety of burdock Bolu moxiao granule in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children (external wind-heat syndrome), and to provide a new preparation with the function of clearing away wind and clearing heat, detoxifying and detoxifying pharynx, and retaining the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Methods: 88 children with acute tonsillitis (external wind-heat syndrome) were divided into experimental group and control group. 66 children in the test group were treated with burdock milk moxiao granules, and 22 children in the control group were given children's Qingyan granules. The two groups were treated with 5 days as a course of treatment. After taking one course of treatment, the TCM syndromes classification and quantification standard table were used. The symptoms of fever, throat swelling and pain were observed before and after treatment. Results: in the test group, the cure rate of disease was 66.67, the effective rate was 90.91, the cure rate of disease syndrome was 68.18 and the effective rate was 90.91.The cure rate of disease in control group was 31.82, the effective rate was 63.64, the cure rate of disease syndrome was 36.366,the effective rate of disease was 63.64, the curative effect of disease was P0.05, and the curative effect of disease syndrome was P0.05. There was significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups, and the total curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There was significant difference in the improvement time of pharynx pain between the two groups (P0.05), and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in antipyretic time between the two groups (P0.05). There were no adverse reactions in both the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: burdock Bolu E Xiao granule is a safe and effective drug for treating acute tonsillitis in children with external wind-heat syndrome. It is superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of pharynx, disease and disease.
