【摘要】：目的觀察六味地黃丸在病毒性腦炎患兒治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將68例病毒性腦炎患兒隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組各34例,均給予面罩吸氧、靜脈補(bǔ)液保持水電解質(zhì)平衡、營養(yǎng)支持、并發(fā)癥對癥處理、免疫治療等基礎(chǔ)治療,同時靜脈輸注阿昔洛韋,觀察組加用六味地黃丸治療,連續(xù)治療3周。治療前后取腦脊液檢測大淋巴細(xì)胞、激活淋巴細(xì)胞、漿細(xì)胞比例,取靜脈血檢測血清IL-1、TNF-α,記錄臨床癥狀改善時間,評價臨床療效,觀察藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果兩組治療前腦脊液大淋巴細(xì)胞、激活淋巴細(xì)胞、漿細(xì)胞計數(shù)及血清IL-1、TNF-α水平比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均㧐0.05),治療3周后兩組各指標(biāo)均較治療前降低(P均0.05),且觀察組各指標(biāo)均低于對照組(P均0.05);觀察組頭痛、嘔吐停止時間及體溫、神經(jīng)反射恢復(fù)正常時間均短于對照組(P均0.05),臨床總有效率高于對照組(P0.05);兩組治療期間均未發(fā)生嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論六味地黃丸用于病毒性腦炎治療,可有效降低患兒腦脊液淋巴細(xì)胞計數(shù)及血清炎性因子水平,臨床療效確切,治療過程安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis. Methods Sixty-eight children with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 34) and observation group (n = 34). At the same time, acyclovir was injected intravenously, and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill for 3 weeks. Before and after treatment, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was taken to detect large lymphocytes, activated lymphocytes and plasma cells, and venous blood was taken to detect IL-1TNF- 偽, to record the time of improvement of clinical symptoms, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and to observe the adverse drug reactions. Results before treatment, large lymphocytes in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were activated in both groups. There was no significant difference in plasma cell count and serum IL-1TNF- 偽 level between the two groups (P < 0.05). After 3 weeks of treatment, the indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), the headache, vomiting stopping time and body temperature in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The recovery time of nerve reflex was shorter than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pills can effectively reduce the number of cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytes and the level of serum inflammatory factors in children with viral encephalitis.
