呼出氣一氧化氮聯(lián)合體外過(guò)敏原檢測(cè)對(duì)識(shí)別反復(fù)喘息患兒中哮喘高;純旱囊饬x
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of the detection of extracorporeal allergen and exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) in the identification of asthmatic high risk children with recurrent wheezing. Methods 148 children with recurrent wheezing (0.5 ~ 6 years old) were selected as control group. Pharmacia UniCAP immunoassay was used to detect specific immunoglobulin (sIgE),) and nitric oxide (no) analyzer to detect Feno, and to evaluate the asthma prediction index (API). Results among 148 children with recurrent wheezing, 102 cases were positive for sIgE, the positive rate was 68.9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (11.3 / 80) (P0.05). The FeNO detection value and positive rate in asthmatic group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). The total positive rate of API in asthmatic children was 32.4%, while that of API positive children was 51 鹵6 ppb, which was significantly higher than that of API negative children (13 鹵5 ppb) (P0.05). The positive rate of API was 40.2% (41 / 102). The positive rate of API was 50.1% (38 / 73) in API positive children. The positive rate of API was 81.4 in the FeNO positive group, which was significantly higher than that in the Siga FeNO positive group alone (P0.05). Conclusion the detection rate of Feno and extracorporeal allergen in asthmatic children with high risk of asthma is better than that of both alone. The combined detection of Feno and extracorporeal allergen provides a good method for the early diagnosis and intervention of asthma in children.
