【摘要】：目的通過了解2014—2015年重慶某醫(yī)院門診兒童傳染性疾病的流行特征,為兒童傳染性疾病的預防控制和合理診療提供參考依據(jù)。方法 2016年2—5月,采用Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2軟件調取于2014—2015年重慶醫(yī)科大學附屬兒童醫(yī)院門診就診的傳染性疾病患兒的信息,包括姓名、性別、年齡、第一診斷、就診日期等,根據(jù)ICD-10對診斷統(tǒng)一編碼,分析不同年齡組、就診月份兒童主要傳染性疾病構成比的差異。結果 2014—2015年該院診斷兒童傳染性疾病共242 843例,其中2014年診斷115 012例,2015年診斷127 831例。2014、2015年手足口病、感染性胃腸炎、皰疹性咽峽炎、傳染性單核細胞增多癥、水痘、尋常疣構成比居前6位。除傳染性單核細胞增多癥外,不同年齡組主要傳染病構成比比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。不同月份手足口病、感染性胃腸炎構成比比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。手足口病、皰疹性咽峽炎好發(fā)在幼兒期,主要發(fā)生于5—6月和10—11月;感染性胃腸炎好發(fā)在嬰兒期,主要發(fā)生在7—12月;傳染性單核細胞增多癥、水痘、尋常疣好發(fā)在學齡期,水痘主要發(fā)生在5—6月和10—12月。結論兒童主要傳染性疾病為手足口病、感染性胃腸炎、皰疹性咽峽炎、傳染性單核細胞增多癥、水痘、尋常疣等,各疾病具有明顯的好發(fā)年齡和好發(fā)時間。應針對兒童主要傳染性疾病譜和流行特征,加強預防保健工作,引導合理診療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases in outpatients of a hospital in Chongqing from 2014 to 2015, and to provide a reference for the prevention, control and rational diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases in children. Methods from February to May 2016, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 software was used to retrieve the information of children with infectious diseases, including name, sex, age, first diagnosis, date of visit, and so on, in the outpatient clinic of affiliated Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2014 to 2015. According to ICD-10 unified code for diagnosis, the difference of composition ratio of major infectious diseases in children in different age groups and months was analyzed. Results A total of 242,843 cases of infectious diseases in children were diagnosed in the hospital in 2014-2015, of which 115,012 cases were diagnosed in 2014, 127,831 cases were diagnosed in 2015, hand, foot and mouth disease, infectious gastroenteritis, herpes spondylitis, infectious monocytosis, varicella were diagnosed in 2015. Verruca vulgaris is more common than the top 6. In addition to infectious mononucleosis, different age groups of major infectious disease composition ratio, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). In different months hand, foot and mouth disease, infectious gastroenteritis composition ratio, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Hand, foot and mouth disease, herpes spondylitis predilection in early childhood, mainly from May to June and October to November, infectious gastroenteritis in infancy, mainly in July and December, infectious mononucleosis, chickenpox, Verruca vulgaris predominate in school age, chickenpox mainly occurs in May-June and October-December. Conclusion the main infectious diseases in children are hand, foot and mouth disease, infectious gastroenteritis, herpes spondylitis, infectious mononucleosis, varicella, verruca vulgaris and so on. The prevention and health care should be strengthened to guide rational diagnosis and treatment according to the spectrum and epidemic characteristics of major infectious diseases in children.
