【摘要】：目的利用共詞分析方法對(duì)近5年國(guó)內(nèi)重癥手足口病文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,探討該領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀。方法在中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、維普以及萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以"手足口病"、"重癥"為主題詞,通過(guò)檢索并納入符合研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn),利用Bicomb2對(duì)下載文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵詞統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,利用Ucinet6.0及Netdraw繪制共現(xiàn)關(guān)系圖。結(jié)果共納入文獻(xiàn)554篇,提取高頻關(guān)鍵詞33個(gè),通過(guò)共詞分析發(fā)現(xiàn)目前國(guó)內(nèi)重癥手足口病的研究熱點(diǎn)主要集中在流行病學(xué)(包括病原學(xué)、危險(xiǎn)因素、人群以及基因型分布特點(diǎn))相關(guān)研究;其次神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)損傷、神經(jīng)源性肺水腫也是研究熱點(diǎn);但有關(guān)治療、預(yù)防和控制等方面研究相對(duì)較少。結(jié)論我國(guó)重癥手足口病有關(guān)流行病學(xué)以及臨床特征的研究已取得了較多的成果,在未來(lái),有關(guān)本病最佳治療方案以及疫苗研究將成為新的熱點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the literature of severe hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in China in recent 5 years by coterm analysis. Methods in the database of "hand, foot and mouth disease" and "severe disease", the key words of "hand, foot and mouth disease" and "severe disease" were used in the database of Zhiwang, Weipu and Wanfang in China. The key words of the downloaded documents were analyzed by using Bicomb2 by searching and including the literature that meets the research criteria. Using Ucinet6.0 and Netdraw to draw the co-occurrence relationship. Results A total of 554 articles were included and 33 keywords were extracted. By coterm analysis, it was found that the research focus of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in China was mainly in epidemiology (including etiology, risk factors). Population and genotypic distribution) related research; second nervous system injury, neurogenic pulmonary edema is also a hot research, but the treatment, prevention and control and other aspects of research is relatively less. Conclusion the research on epidemiology and clinical characteristics of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in China has made many achievements. In the future, the research on the best treatment scheme and vaccine will become a new hot spot.
