【摘要】：目的探討甘草鋅顆粒治療小兒慢性腹瀉的臨床療效及其對(duì)患兒血鋅水平的影響。方法選取瑞安市人民醫(yī)院2015年9月—2016年9月收治的慢性腹瀉患兒120例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,各60例。對(duì)照組患兒予以常規(guī)治療,觀察組患兒在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)加服甘草鋅顆粒治療。比較兩組患兒治療前及治療14 d后血鋅水平、臨床療效,觀察兩組患兒不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療前兩組患兒血鋅水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療14 d后觀察組患兒血鋅水平高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療14 d后兩組患兒血鋅水平高于治療前(P0.05)。觀察組患兒總有效率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組患者均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論甘草鋅顆粒治療小兒慢性腹瀉的臨床療效確切,可有效提高血鋅水平,利于患兒康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of licorice zinc granule (ZZG) on children with chronic diarrhea and its effect on blood zinc level. Methods 120 children with chronic diarrhea admitted in Ruian people's Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases each. Children in the control group were treated with routine therapy, and those in the observation group were treated with licorice and zinc granules. The serum zinc level and clinical efficacy were compared before and 14 days after treatment in the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed. Results there was no significant difference in serum zinc level between the two groups before treatment (P0.05); after 14 days of treatment, the serum zinc level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05); after 14 days of treatment, the serum zinc level of the two groups was higher than that before treatment (P0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Glycyrrhiza zinc granule is effective in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children. It can effectively improve the blood zinc level and benefit the recovery of children.
