【摘要】：目的：觀察清肺涼胃,解毒利咽法治療小兒急性化膿性扁桃體炎臨床優(yōu)勢(shì)及可行性,為臨床治療小兒急性化膿性扁桃體炎提供有效的治療方法及診療思路。 方法：收集60例確診為急性化膿性扁桃體炎的患兒,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組及治療組,對(duì)照組30例給予注射用頭孢硫脒抗感染治療；治療組30例在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用具有清肺涼胃,解毒利咽作用中藥湯劑口服,兩組均輔以西醫(yī)對(duì)癥處理。本研究應(yīng)用spss統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果：兩組治療前后在主要癥狀及次要癥狀改善情況組內(nèi)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),說(shuō)明兩種治療方法對(duì)小兒急性化膿性扁桃體炎主要癥狀及次要癥狀有明顯的改善作用；治療后兩組組間比較,在改善主要癥狀方面,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；在改善發(fā)熱、咳嗽、口渴、大便、舌象等次要癥狀方面比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,在改善煩躁不安方面比較,治療組與對(duì)照組無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。兩組治療后主癥積分、次癥積分及總積分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。兩組綜合療效比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P〈0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 結(jié)論：清肺涼胃,解毒利咽法治療小兒急性化膿性扁桃體炎臨床療效肯定,與單獨(dú)應(yīng)用頭孢硫脒相比,綜合療效更好,在改善扁桃體充血腫大,扁桃體化膿,咽痛等主要癥狀及體征方面療效顯著,在改善發(fā)熱、咳嗽、大便,舌象等次要癥狀療效顯著優(yōu)于單獨(dú)應(yīng)用頭孢硫脒治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical advantages and feasibility of clearing the lung and cooling the stomach and detoxifying the pharynx in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children. Methods: sixty children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Detoxification and pharynx action of traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral, the two groups were treated with western medicine. In this study, spss statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P0.05), indicating that the two treatment methods had significant improvement on the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children. After treatment, the difference between the two groups in improving the main symptoms was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group, and the secondary symptoms such as fever, cough, thirst, stool, tongue image and other minor symptoms were improved. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group, in improving restlessness, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children by clearing the lung and cooling the stomach and detoxifying and detoxicating the pharynx is effective. Compared with cefathiamidine alone, the comprehensive curative effect is better. It can improve tonsil congestion and tonsil purulent. The main symptoms and signs, such as pharynx, were more effective than cefathiramidine alone in the treatment of fever, cough, stool, tongue and other minor symptoms.
