兒科護(hù)士心理健康水平與工作壓力源的相關(guān)性分析 摘要：目的：調(diào)查兒科護(hù)士心理健康水平及工作壓力源與普通病房護(hù)士的差異性。方法：采用無(wú)記名問(wèn)卷方式調(diào)查我院89名兒科護(hù)士和107名普通病房護(hù)士的心理健康水平、護(hù)士工作壓力源。結(jié)果：兒科護(hù)士工作壓力源高于普通病房護(hù)士(p<0.05)，兒科護(hù)士工作壓力與sci90各因子之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p<0.05)。結(jié)論：兒科護(hù)士工作壓力大可導(dǎo)致心理健康水平低下，提出了維護(hù)兒科護(hù)士心理健康的有效措施。
