銅陵市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)手足口病健康教育干預(yù)效果研究

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)全面地調(diào)查評(píng)估銅陵市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)手足口病防控現(xiàn)狀,開(kāi)發(fā)針對(duì)性的健康教育材料,建立托幼機(jī)構(gòu)預(yù)防手足口病健康教育模式,并對(duì)干預(yù)效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),總結(jié)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)預(yù)防手足口病干預(yù)模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行推廣。方法研究設(shè)計(jì)為基于托幼機(jī)構(gòu)的預(yù)防手足口病的健康教育效果評(píng)價(jià)的流行病學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,以在防病中具有重要作用的園長(zhǎng)、保健醫(yī)生和幼師作為研究人群,充分評(píng)估目標(biāo)人群的手足口病健康教育需求,通過(guò)以模擬訓(xùn)練為主要形式的健康教育活動(dòng)對(duì)其預(yù)防手足口病知曉率、衛(wèi)生消毒以及正確洗手等進(jìn)行針對(duì)性干預(yù)。通過(guò)比較干預(yù)組干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后目標(biāo)人群預(yù)防手足口病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率、洗手行為、“84”消毒液配制正確率等指標(biāo)的變化情況,以及與對(duì)照組的各種指標(biāo)的比較,對(duì)健康教育的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果干預(yù)后,保教人員對(duì)“84”消毒液配制濃度要求、聚集性疫情停課標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及手足口病部分基本知識(shí)知曉率與干預(yù)前自身比較,及干預(yù)后與對(duì)照組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。干預(yù)組“84”消毒液配制、小班教師洗手和兒童洗手的正確率分別由干預(yù)前的55.0%、75.0%和35.0%提高至干預(yù)后的95.0%、100.0%和95.0%,且干預(yù)后與對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。根據(jù)基線目標(biāo)人群對(duì)預(yù)防手足口病相關(guān)知識(shí)的了解程度,健康教育需求的評(píng)估結(jié)果,以及衛(wèi)生消毒存在的問(wèn)題,編制了《銅陵市托幼機(jī)構(gòu)手足口病等傳染病防治手冊(cè)》,開(kāi)發(fā)了“84”消毒液配制方法和器具,印制了“六步洗手法”彩圖、宣傳海報(bào)等多種宣傳材料。結(jié)論建立的以在傳染病防控中具有重要意義的衛(wèi)生消毒和正確洗手為重點(diǎn)培訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)、以模擬訓(xùn)練為主要干預(yù)方式的手足口病健康教育模式是可行的、有效的;開(kāi)發(fā)定制的“84”消毒液配制方法和器具有效解決了托幼機(jī)構(gòu)普遍存在、反復(fù)培訓(xùn)仍存在問(wèn)題的消毒液配制難題;本研究中建立的健康教育模式可以向托幼機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)校傳染病預(yù)防控制推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the status quo of hand, foot and mouth disease prevention and control in child-care institutions in Tongling City, to develop relevant health education materials, to establish a health education model for prevention of hand foot and mouth disease in child-care institutions and to evaluate the effect of intervention. To summarize the experience of prevention of HFMD in kindergarten and promote it. Methods Epidemiological experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of health education on prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in child-care institutions. The chief of the garden, health care doctors and kindergarten teachers, who play an important role in disease prevention, were selected as the study group. Objective: to evaluate the health education needs of the target population of HFMD, and to intervene in the prevention of HFMD, disinfection and proper hand washing through the health education activities, which mainly take simulated training as the main form. By comparing the changes of knowledge about hand, foot and mouth disease prevention, hand-washing behavior, correct rate of "84" disinfectant preparation between the intervention group and the target population before and after intervention, as well as the comparison of various indexes between the intervention group and the control group. The effect of health education was evaluated. Results after intervention, the requirement of "84" disinfectant concentration, the standard of class suspension, the awareness rate of some basic knowledge of HFMD were compared with those before intervention, and compared with the control group after intervention. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the intervention group, the correct rate of washing hands and children's hand washing by "84" disinfectant was increased from 55.0% and 35.0% before intervention to 95.0% and 95.0% after intervention, and there was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group (P < 0.05). According to the level of knowledge about the prevention of HFMD among the baseline target population, the results of assessment of health education needs, and the problems existing in sanitary disinfection, The Manual for the Prevention and Control of hand, foot and mouth Disease and other Infectious Diseases in Nursery institutions in Tongling City was compiled, the preparation method and apparatus of "84" disinfectant solution were developed, the color map of "Six-Step hand washing Law" was printed, the propaganda posters and other propaganda materials were printed. Conclusion it is feasible and effective to establish the health education model of hand, foot and mouth disease, which is important in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, which focuses on sanitary disinfection and correct hand-washing, and takes simulated training as the main intervention mode. The development of custom-made "84" disinfectant preparation method and apparatus has effectively solved the problem of disinfectant preparation, which is widely existed in child-care institutions and is still a problem in repeated training. The model of health education established in this study can be extended to kindergartens and schools for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
